Muito obrigado! A verdade é que, quando gravei esse vídeo, eu não estava no coral e não estava tendo aulas de técnica vocal. Durante a pandemia, não treinei minha voz e isso é visível. The drunk driver survived; my friend was killed on impact. After his funeral, I came home and found this game still on my desktop. I played it again and it resonated with me differently. Thank you for this performance piece.
I'm sorry to hear of loss. It is true that this game hits differently if you had a situation like yours recently. In my case the loss weren`t recent, but it brought that pain back the same way. And it happened again when I played RiME. I love that games can explore this themes in such a different and loving way. For some people these games can teach more things than people surrounding us. So I wanted to make it as similar as possible in a musical and artistic way. It was pretty hard to sing, actualy. Honestly better than the original. Feels a bit more human, whereas the game version has a synthetic feel to it. (albeit intended) Definitely can feel the emotion more here.

Also a great performance, although I enjoy yours more still as it has more of a connection to the game and it's message due to the performative nature of your video. Mmmm... That is a very hard question. Because both styles are different. Even though they are very good t ambienting each game. I would say that maybe SWH has more catchy soundtrack. But I feel like GRIS has more complex moments and composition. I can't dacide xzD

Other soundtracks I would recomend are Journey, Outer Wilds andd Divinity 2 ^^ Oh!! And Kentucky Route Zero!! I love when the soundrack fits sooo well in a game making the game an experience itself. I do really love this song and the game. So I wanted to make it as similar as possible in a musical and artistic way. It was pretty hard to sing, actualy. I was a soprano in a choir back at the university, and I was a bit untrained XD And tbh, when you said theremin, I didn`t know it was that instrument in the final part. I really thought it was a voice XDD that's why I did it. It took me like forever. I'm very happy this song got to you!! Thanks again😍

É de um jogo chamado Gris, se tiver oportunidade, dê uma jogadinha, ou procure no youtube.. tem gente que gravou o jogo todo. é simplesmente lindo e tem uma linda história por tras, emocionante.
Honestly better than the original. Feels a bit more human, whereas the game version has a synthetic feel to it. (albeit intended) Definitely can feel the emotion more here.

The original voices are very special and unique. You can check some Berlinist girls videos where they sing a capella. Obviously the game version is a bit edited, but is pretty similar to their true voices ^^

Also a great performance, although I enjoy yours more still as it has more of a connection to the game and it's message due to the performative nature of your video. Gris in the end is all about the multi-faceted way it tells it's story. The music, the visuals, the gameplay. And I think yours captures all of that best. Bravo!

Mmmm... That is a very hard question. Because both styles are different. Even though they are very good t ambienting each game. I would say that maybe SWH has more catchy soundtrack. But I feel like GRIS has more complex moments and composition. I can't dacide xzD
@@arratitos I agree I think Gris is more emotional and Sayonara is more catchy but they both are blended with their gameplay so perfectly. They're both in my Top 5 soundtracks. What are some of your other favorite soundtracks you recommend? I also like Astros playroom and Death Stranding soundtrack 🤗
@@Macktube Death stranding is brutal!! xD between the soundtrack itself and the playslist Hideo KOjima made for walking ambience it makes perfect. Is one of my study playlist. Other soundtracks I would recomend are Journey, Outer Wilds andd Divinity 2 ^^ Oh!! And Kentucky Route Zero!! I love when the soundrack fits sooo well in a game making the game an experience itself. Witchcraft!!!! XD nah. Just trying to imitate the original voice, which is a bit more nasal that my usual singing voice (the one you can hear when I sing the grey haired character)
This technique is one that I have been using since I got into a choir. They teach you how to sing properly.
