We Indians (specially delhi residents) will always be in debt of Mr Lutyens......Sir Lutyens ,salute to your creativity and planning....Lutyens Delhi is nothing less than 8 th wonder of this world.
It is obvious to me that Mr Lutyens's County Hall would have been ab-SOOO-lutely glory-ous, ab-SOOO-lutely marvel-lous !! :-o :-o :-o I trust the Genius !! :-) :-) :-)
I perfectly understand Mr Lutyens's disappointment and frustration when his County Hall project was rejected !! :-( :-( :-( He obviously knew that his building would have been one of the glories of London, one of its marvels !! :-o :-o :-o

Today's County Hall is magnificent, but I know that Mr Lutyens's building would have been far more elegant !! :-) :-) :-)
If they got the chance I’m sure the Indian ‘developers!’ would demolish this place, another nail in the coffin.
