DAY 1: GOT THE KEYS! (notice the doggie at the meeting..so cute!)
1:00-7:30 WORK - TEAM OF 2
-WENT THROUGHT TRASH/TREASURE
-CHEKED LEAKING SPOTS AND REMOVED TILE
-TOOK DOWN LIVING ROOM DROP CEILING
-ROLLED SOME CARPET
-REMOVED CLOSET AND HAD A LITTLE COMPETITION
-FOUND ROTTING SUBFLOOR AND TORE IT OUT
-INVESTIGATED SAGGING WALL
-TESTED IF PANELING WOULD LOOK RIGHT PAINTED ON 1 WALL
-SCRAPPED PEELING PAINT FROM LIVING ROOM CEILING
TOOLS: HAMMER, CROW BAR, PRY BAR, RAZOR BLADE,
TRASH BAGS, AND A LADDER (left in the house- a little shaky)
We decided if time around, we are going to keep personal notes on exactly what we spend and how we feel each day. We need to see if this is something that can make us money obviously but more importantly if it's something we love and enjoy! B/c hey.. that's what life is about!

How was the smell in that house? I don't imagine any house with paneling smells very good.

Hello I want to start home flipping and diy all the labor . I am highly skilled in most residential trades but I don’t have a license and my question to you. If you don’t have a contractor license how hard was it to sell after remodeling? Or did it not even affect in anyway?
