Yep. I looked at each part of your video more than 8 times, to check if I had been to each location. In the end, I went to each place at least once more, out of the many others I had already been to. I got absolutely all the quest items. But the mission is not complete!
Very sad that this happened precisely with the Crest of the main mission. I don't think I'll see for myself what the ending with the Crests is like or what they do, I also won't get my 100% because of this bug ;(
I hope the developers fix this, how disappointing!

The candles light up for every collected child, but in the end you only have 19 lit candles out of 20, yet your quest is finished, i have 19 candles lit as well, yet mine is incomplete. I wonder if a bug is messing me up :(

If you give the unborn way too quick to the ink lady the animation will glitch and make the quest imposible to complete

Yeah, the game is missing a few minor updates, i stomped uppon several issues like getting stuck in the transformed form, ice walls being undestroyable and part of a secret boss literally missing but the hitbox still working atleast
The ice walls is due to the blood katana, you have to completely unequip it and refresh the room
i love so much that the only one i was missing is the very first one in this video lmao
i've checked two times all of the locations but still didn't get all of them somehow or the trophy, i guess it's a bug

I got the 20 in my game but only 19 candles are lit, won't they solve this problem? There is no other way to get the missing family crest, I'm playing on PS5, I'm frustrated.
yea game is a joke and these devs suck. regret buying this game. gona finish it and not get 100% like i was going for since game is bad and broken in every aspect besides music and graphics

Where did you get the jailers key?
In the high wall cathedral with the girl you need double jump it's in the top right corner
go to the first bonfire/savepoint in high wall, you need to double jump+air dash left to get inot a church with an NPC, the key is top left in the room. Double jump and grappling hook to get to the small ledge near the ceiling. The church also has an important room top left over the altarpiece.

definitely bugged and broken. i went through the list twice and know i collected all 20 but yet only 19 count as collected and now i cant finish quest of achieveemnts. game is a complete joke, biggest regret buying this game of all the bad games i bought in the past year. these devs dont know what tf theyre doing. just a bad broken wanna be blasphemous, only thing good about it is the graphics and music. id refund it if i could
I understand that a glitch like this is a kick in the nuts, but this game is easily one of the best Metroidvanias out there
