wish i could adapt trells mindset fr. i was in a severe car accident and my neck and shoulder suffered nerve damage along with my ribcage being bent. luckily i can still use my arms and everything like normal but i’m always in constant discomfort because of my frame. it really sucks and sometimes i be wishing that everything ended right then and there.

Jumped out a car I thought I was being kidnapped and hit my head on pavement @ like 40 mph at 6 y/o. what I remember once I blacked out oppose to what happen is crazy cause I was told I was losing mad blood out my head but I was dead ass chillin and remembered my grandma being with me then.

I had a motorcycle accident back in 2016, tore my nerves from my spine to my right arm, dislocated my thumb, shattered my right forearm, my shinbone came out threw my flesh but survived. Someone just pulled out of a parking spot on the left side and hit my backwheel going at around 80mph and i swerved into parked campervan and hit the bicyclerack on the back of the van with the right side of my body. I wouldve been death or severly paralyzed if i hit head on, needless to say i have the same injury as T-Rell and some metal in my body now.

Shit I’m there with you, watched my friend get shot in the head point blank and I was a foot behind him shooter a foot in front of him. The other situation I was running from the boys down a 2 way backroad pitch black no headlights on watching the cherries from the rear view mirror, and when I looked back at the road I saw a roundabout pop up, and mind you I was going full pedal to metal, around 150mph down slope too, and maybe had 5 seconds of brake time before my car flew up in the air, somehow did a 180 turn, barely landed kept going for maybe 20 seconds countersteering hard as shit to keep going straight then it caught on fire. The first near death I had was a overdose on fake Xanax tho

He's trynna tell THEIR stories for them. It's bad podcasting to ask "yes" or "no" questions and to interrupt. Instead, he needs to ask questions that encourage the guest to expand.
He asks leading questions and they are "yes" or "no" ones at that. A leading question gives the guest an easy answer they can simply parrot back to him, and in asking it, he is trying to steer the direction of the guest's story. For example, this is bad: “Would you say that was a frustrating experience?” Here’s a better alternative: “What was that experience like for you?”
And he needs to stop with the "loved one" bs. This ain't therapy. And if it is, he needs to LISTEN and let the guest talk.

I was in physical therapy with somebody who flattened they arm in a motorcycle accident they were pinned between a car and the median while they were doing like 60. He was trying to get his arm back working like it used to. I never got to see if he did or not because I was good by then.
I had punched thru a 3in thick window and cut my tendons, arteries,and nerves. Took me like 6 years to get probably 70% function back in my hand so I can only imagine how long dude would take
Same thing happened to me but I have not went to therapy as much. It’s been 3 years . Do you think I can go back to therapy?

Your brain/mind is completely separate from that. When we pass on our physical bodies are what stays here and our conscious is what leaves the body.
