I had the same thing T-Rell has wrong with his arm. It happened to me when I was around 18-19 years old. I went to physical therapy and now I have everything back, but it took a lot to recover from. I think about it every, I thank God every day for blessings me. Shoutout T-Rell, GEMINI GANG!!
I got shot in my shoulder about 4 months ago, I’m still working at recovering I can only lift my arm up about half way so far. It’s mentally and emotionally damaging losing mobility of a limb.
I got shot in the shoulder like 6 months ago and I’m barely getting it back to full mobility just keep at the motions an you’ll get it back. Hope you have a speedy recovery
