I dont know that it even really matters if they do tbh because the range is huge. Start your dose low and move into the dose that you and your doctor feel optimal about. Don't rush it your experience will be much more positive. Even if you go into bodybuilding doses. Slow tireation over weeks/months throughout the years. Its a long game.
I started taking an over the counter t booster that was sold at Wal Mart. It trashed my t levels and my t levels were barely registering. I was rapidly gaining weight and tested my t levels and they were insanely low! I’m 37 btw…. I went on testosterone and started losing weight but I can’t seem to get off it. If i stop it, I get so tired that I can hardly get out of bed. I found it nearly impossible to workout while I had zero energy. Which then causes weight gain and rapid muscle loss. I feel very stuck. I’d much rather have my normal t levels. The acne is brutal from testosterone as is the hair loss. I cut my testosterone dose in half recently, I only wanna be on the min it takes to function daily. The anxiety increased a ton by going on testosterone too, almost overwhelming. I was told I needed to lose weight to get my levels back but I don’t think people understand how hard it is to lose weight and gain any muscle when you have extremely low t. It’s nearly impossible. I’m now way more active and have lost weight but I don’t wanna go bald, I’d like to be able to have kids in the future and I would love to get away from the acne it causes. But I know if I go off it completely, I’ll most likely gain the weight back. Any ideas?
If the t is making you go bald you were going to go bald anyway. you already have the gene. you could maybe slow it down if you went off until your production returns to normal.
44 y/o male. Decided to look into TRT. Had my bloods done and my test was 805 ng/dl. I figured I'd ride it out until i need it. Probably wait until im around 500. Id like to use HgH too when i start to help my connective tissues.
Money drives willingness to prescribe up. Low-T rises with the rate of time setting on computers, starts from skipping recess and playing online games (setting) , setting inside at home on computer or video game system instead of outside mowing yard, riding bikes, hiking trails, etc, etc, etc. (less activity) less activity ( less using legs) causes u to be smaller down there as well as store more fat below waist. smaller below waist causes u to produce less T. boom the rise in time on computers = the rise in low-t.
Another factor about media not mentioned is that women's standards for men have gone through the roof, even the average looking ones. So my test was at 330 with no motivation, no clarity, below avg boners etc. Work was a major stress center, I was 52 at the time it was checked. What made the difference for me was losing 25 pounds by way of cleaning up my diet, lifting again, and even though I didn’t drink much beer, I quit that too. After one year my test was up to 562 which is not great but better, and all the effects of low T went away. Of course I would like a higher number, but I’m not willing to pin and manage sides to get it. I was a unit in my twenties and didn’t even know it. Now I’m 61, decent boners, ok motivation, and good mobility. I can live with that.
I started taking UGL test and experimenting with PED in 2020. Prior to that I was always tired, head health issues, had no muscle, sex drive was low everything. After about a few months I became a different man, I have a fire that most men my age (late 40's" do not have. I got muscle, my sex drive is beast that even my younger GF couldn't take it all the time which was a couple times daily at least for months before she started making excuses to not have sex lol. I've noticed that I attract younger women and even have girls in their teens checking me out. I will be on test and PEDs for a while as this yr I came off for 6 mos and my body and energy started declining again. I'd rather have this quality of life for shorter than a longer depressed state of life. My best analogy for the feeling I have is the Werewolf from Bromstrokers Dracula, where Dracula becomes the Werewolf and calls out the dame into the garden to let her have it! That's how I feel! Beast!

I just started my TRT a day ago, hopefully it helps with my energy levels and lobido levels. Before i started TRT , my own testosterone was at 288 ng/l which is low normal according to my family doctor for a 40 year old, but not great. I hope i made a right decision.
I believe it'll end up that this trt thing is overdramatized and overemphasized. For one, we're all going to get older, that process will only end when we die. Also, there isn't that much emphasis on other causes of whatever symptoms guys are experiencing. It's not all low T, and if guys do have low T, it isn't the end all and be all. And some of you just want to be miserable unless you think you can be superior in some way. Leaner is meaner...
Men used to be predominantly construction workers and used their hands and arms more at work, those old timers were stronger than men nowadays because they used to have to work physically for a living, now it's computers/living online so to speak.the younger generation needs to be more active
No, I've been doing construction for over 20 yrs. I ain't no "Old timer ⏳"😅. I still had to take test to assist me in growing more. I was 26 at 130 lbs. I wasn't growing anymore. Or stronger. Our foods are poisoned now days. More GMO. More processed meats. Fake meats. I think we’re all built to be able to function well and properly with that levels we have . What I think a lot of people don’t know if testerone also converts to other hormones . That where we are all different some people may have high test but it binds highly to dht and Shgb. Go higher dose and get more conversion. So I’m a believer in trying modulate dht and shgb before going on trt. Stress also lays a factor with cortisol. I fkn love not having to use test. I just did a rad 140 cycle at 5 mgs /clomid12.5 and I got sick gainz .182-195 in 6-7 weeks , sides not noticeable at that dosage and since it’s way more anabolic than test I was able to put on muscle fast.
Your "sick gainz" will go away as fast as they came... Why not just go on a bioidentical, rather than take SARMs... There is no way to know what's in the SARMs to begin with and if you think rad140 didn't shut you down, you are unlike anyone else... There's no free lunch.
the laundry list of environmental factors are disgusting and not by accident. I started TRT 1 year ago my Total T was 520 but my Free T was a 5. Zero side effects at 200mg of Test C frankly I feel 200mg is not high enough as when I was younger I was always light years ahead of everyone in the strength department naturally. Going to add Nandrolone soon as a life of sports, military, heavy manual labor jobs and heavy lifting has taken a toll, will update soon when I start the Nandrolone. Also, blood work has been perfect across the board as well zero issues.
Hi Doc can you make a video on how you can most safely take TRT if you have hereditary trombophilia (e.g. heterozygous Factor V Leiden mutation, which affects approximately 5% of the population)
I think there is Not really a lot knowledge about it. Youre in a hypercoaguable state and testo might increase it additionally. So, will be hard to find a doc to prescribe that. As a doctor I would not recommend it but on the Other hand, if you keep your regular lmwh ,Why not. But be sure that it could kick you in a life threatening Situation.
It's strange, here in the UK, you can buy steroids legally, but cant sell them. Our doctors are VERY under educated on this subject, and they're VERY prejudiced about people taking or wanting to take Test. They will just cite the usual dangers and scare tactics. Heart attack, no balls, tits. Our doctors will NOT prescribe testosterone to reverse It's lowering due to age, even if you're low for your age. But they WILL happily and readily prescribe it for young and even pre pubescent girls having gender identity crises.
My test level is very low. Dr prescribe me nebido (test undeconate). I m worried. Can someone suggest me wat else must use with nebido. I m losing muscle. N no energy for excersize

@@kazansky22 it’s not about money, here it’s just that it’s pretty much illegal to use to testosterone and they don’t give you that easy only an endocrinologist is entitled to give a prescription after a bunch of blood test.
I am 67...started taking T 6 months ago...now, I feel like I was when 50...am stronger and can stay longer in gym and then hit the punching bag...my libido and sex life has improved greatly...more muscle and weight...1.80 and 76 kgs...I sur recommend it but only to people around my age...
I'm 54 years old, been on T for five years and have ZERO plans of ever coming off. Lifes to good on it.
how long did it tae to kick in?
Keep educating yourself. You seem way off base and I don’t even know what to start.

Doc...thanks for everything you teach us...👍👍👍
44 y/o male.
(less activity)
less activity ( less using legs) causes u to be smaller down there as well as store more fat below waist.
smaller below waist causes u to produce less T.
boom the rise in time on computers = the rise in low-t.
Beast!
God Bless ya Doc! 🙏
There is definitely a trend of lower t for guys only 30 years old
How dangerous can testosterone really be when WOMEN take 100 MG a week to become men?
The risks are very minimal.
fantastic take . i am a Dr and hell yeah it works when well managed
40 almost 41. Just did a series of blood tests, I too have low T.
My S_Estradiol 268 pmol/l
Testosterone :44,10 nmol/l
Free Testosterone: 134,45 pmol/l
I am on 250mg Sustanon.
My doctor prescribed Letrozole 2.5mg divided into 4 and take a qauter .
is past 3 days now, i dont feel any changes. my body still same way from the day before start any of this drugs, physically, i dont see any changes except for the blood work which tells a different story.
It worth it, life is wonderful.
If you use TRT for health benefits because your levels are low! ..... absolutely!
You’re a GOD
I’m at 900 total test WITH daily enclomiphene. Without I’m low 300’s high 200’s. I want to get on TRT but do not like the water retention in my face. Would sub q injections alleviate this?
no
Water retention goes away once your body gets used to using the test
What dose of Enclomiphene are you on?
High Fructose Corn Syrup is in everything!!!
Dr. You are right 100 percent!!!
is the anabolic app just a website or an actual app?
Obesity is from the crappy processed food that is so prevalent in the US, my op[inion it begins at conception because so many parents have been eating a subpar diet. add to that lower exercise and the enviornmental factors you mentioned
49 years old. Total Test 775, Free Test 10.5, TSH .86 and SHBG 68. Going to an outside lab to get Estrodial levels check soon (my health provider didn’t want to pay for it). Hopefully Boron can help free up my free T! 🙏
thank you !
I love this Doc sense of responsibility & honesty, top class health professionals & human being he is 👌👆
Thank you. Just to say, doing TRT was expensive. Moved to low dosage ostarine and cannot be happier. Same effects at the fraction of the costs
???
$40 per month through goodrx. That's 4 1ml vials of 200mg
On insurance it's $16 per month for me
Ostarine destroys your natural testosterone production ..what are you talking about
@roberthornung72 how on earth is ostarine anything like testosterone in your body though?
With a prescription is like $35-$40 at Costco.
I’m in my late 50’s and sadly trt is very hard to get where I live 🇦🇺 so I buy elsewhere 😉
I feel better more energy and I’m not reaching for the Cialis so often. BUT do realise I need to find a Doc that I can talk to and get levels checked etc that’s the hard part finding the Doctor not actually buying before I started I thought that situation would be the reverse 🤷🏻♂️
Where do you live
Doc, I have been on TRT for 1 year and all of a sudden my RBCs are at 6.9, but I have low Ferritin: 4.5 (just started taking Iron supplements today), so I don’t know if I should donate blood or not with my Iron Deficiency?
I take 100mg of T once weekly (every 7 days).
Definatly the Enviorment
What a revolting state of affairs. The end will be devastating.
What will
Glad my insurance pays for everything including my syringes
Been taking it for years
I just started my TRT a day ago, hopefully it helps with my energy levels and lobido levels.
Before i started TRT , my own testosterone was at 288 ng/l which is low normal according to my family doctor for a 40 year old, but not great. I hope i made a right decision.
I had low t symptoms but had 547 natty test levels, what is wrong of me to start trt?
you have high shbg?
@zmb5501 no I had low shbg and e2 before trt, and I still have all the same low t symptoms on trt as well
@@henryclamore4791 that's weird I doubt you need trt then. Something else might be going on.
@@zmb5501 Getting on trt was a mistake, now I am have to go on a gruelling pct process, not looking forward to it.
be strong brother its going to get better.@@henryclamore4791
How about working out naturally
I believe it'll end up that this trt thing is overdramatized and overemphasized. For one, we're all going to get older, that process will only end when we die. Also, there isn't that much emphasis on other causes of whatever symptoms guys are experiencing. It's not all low T, and if guys do have low T, it isn't the end all and be all. And some of you just want to be miserable unless you think you can be superior in some way. Leaner is meaner...
i had 200 levles lol thats like my grandpa now i am at trt plus and love it wake up better and feel 21
Fake meats. Government and the powers that be want weak Men that don't question their government or have the strength or mentality to fight back. Henceforth the agenda for allowing the monstrosity of transgender being groomed as " normal" in the young education system.
There's no free lunch.
how about this nasal spray testosterone. i heard it doesn't affect endogenous levels of test ?
Wats up doc 🐰
the laundry list of environmental factors are disgusting and not by accident.
Great idea 💡 I’m really interested in how testosterone effects the RBC system! I’ll look into this ! Thank you for supporting me brother!!
What is the name of the Testo they take?
It's strange, here in the UK, you can buy steroids legally, but cant sell them.
Our doctors are VERY under educated on this subject, and they're VERY prejudiced about people taking or wanting to take Test. They will just cite the usual dangers and scare tactics. Heart attack, no balls, tits.
Our doctors will NOT prescribe testosterone to reverse It's lowering due to age, even if you're low for your age.
But they WILL happily and readily prescribe it for young and even pre pubescent girls having gender identity crises.
Very obvious ,before better food, less stress, and men worked harder.
Also the environment what he pointed out. Crap in water and food, pollution
Can TRT cause permanent infertility?
Doesn't matter when your in your fifties
I hope so.
My test level is very low. Dr prescribe me nebido (test undeconate). I m worried. Can someone suggest me wat else must use with nebido. I m losing muscle. N no energy for excersize
Uk trt??
Are you ok doctor you sound sedated did you dial down your dosage?
At 57 on TRT I have a better physique than most 25 year olds.
What age does your testosterone start to decline ?
After 35
@@markd9580 thanks mate
In your 20s
30s and on..
@@davidboyle1193 these days aye 😂
nobody mentions computers, this is the age of computers, phones and thats why lowers t
Thank god I dont need T at 72 years old my t is 460 normaly plus a prostate cancer cured with radation can still sex it up on demand blessed i must say thank you for your program
the only reason to be on test: get stronger and feel better
Does both for me. TRT was 181 at 48 years old. Every medicine has drawbacks, so does TRT.
Good advice. Logical, conservative, and caring.
Why? That's easy: $$$
I was told that Pfizer discontinued making testosterone for Trt, is this true?
There prices are ridiculous anyway
Fuck Pfizer.
my dr. just put me on testosterone. I've been low for years, one nut and getting older and fat.
past 30 you cant build muscle with test it continues
Ive got 500ng/dl and feel like shit
I think every male should be on it
Pfft... Yea if you are a Beta male or you have been castrated.
Yes indeed. I stopped Test P because I was big already. I can hold 292 without anabolics. Not all muscle but mostly muscle. Going to wait until I'm in my fifties or sixties to get back on. I loved the mental feeling I got from it
"male"
No thanks I want to have children in the future, maybe every man over 50
After 40plus!
Also factor in the effects of watching porn
Looks like the Doc has been getting high on his own supply.

First.
But my body makes testosterone so if I take more of it doesn’t it make me even more natty ? 🤣😂 jk
Synthetic testosterone ..🤔😂🤷♂️
I’m 47 with a gut and I don’t need TRT. Hello the older you get your test level goes down. It’s natural, using TRT isn’t
