The back page of the refill with the illustration of the luggage, hat and slippers is a homage to a famous Japanese movie character and series called “Tors-san”. I was floored when I saw it! So cool to see that they incorporated that. His character constantly traveled all through Japan getting into hijinks!

In Ueno Park there's like a pond and there are swan boats people can use there. You can usually see people out on them on nice days. Wish I'd tried them when I went, but was scared I'd somehow fall in the water.
I was able to pre-order everything but the actual notebook! It was in my cart but sold out before my payment went through. Sold out in just a few minutes! Now I’m hoping to get the notebook on release date.
I was so sad it sold out within minutes. I'm going to have to pay a pretty penny to get them from resellers but I have a trip to Tokyo planned for the fall so I think I'm going to have to go for it.

Great -Video :) But I would like to correct you, the Landmarks: Its Odaiba, Tokyo Tower, Yamanote Line, Sushi, Ginkgo and Sakura :D I really love the HOLO Effect and can't wait to have my whole Set :D

I'm really intrigued by that foil stamping. Japan is the one place I miss that I have never traveled to. Does that make sense? I love that Traveler's understands that sometimes all we can do is travel in our minds, while at a desk or in a cafe, even in our dreams. Maybe some day... 🗾⛩️🎋 I will be using my TN to record some of those unique Japanese words and phrases for things for which there isn't any English equivalent. Also, I've really been into Japanese rice lagers lately, so I may have to slap a few labels in there. 😝 🍻

Yess ☺️ swan boats are at Ueno Park & farther West in Inkoshira Park in Kichijoji/Mitaka neighborhoods.
