Cardio Drumming Senior Fitness Activity - Wesley Willows

We're loving the new class our Fitness Team has added to the weekly schedule. It's called Cardio Drumming, and as you can see, it's a great way to strengthen your heart, reduce stress, and have a blast drumming to upbeat music.
