So, regarding the title, in the spirit of the Bloodborne community I was granted puns. (thanks kos/kosm)

On the technical side:
the 32-th tremolos simply mean "as fast as possible".
I'm not even sure whether those are even possible to be played this fast, so take that part with a grain of salt.

I have but one criticism, during the holy blade section, it would make more sense to have it be in 6/8 rather than 3/4 because it isn’t a simple triple, but rather a compound duple. Other than that, this is a really nice arrangement, really captures the feel of that scene. Nice work.

First of all, I want to thank you for all your arrangements. I started learning piano from them and they gave me a purpose in this work, an aim to be reached.
As second, I want to wish you strength and time to continue your work. I guess all your fans waits for your return.
As third, I want to ask you for permission to perform your Ludwig's arrangement and post it on youtube (ofc, with links on your arrangement). There's still no good live performance of this theme, and I think people will like it, cause in this theme there's a big difference between insentient computer and living man.

Just a question, why does it go up that much in the 62nd measure? (after 2:21) Sounds unusual, and in the original it goes lower. Really amazing job though!
There are plenty of good arrangements for Dark Souls III, but I don't know if they'll be so easy to recreate with two hands. Then again, your Gehrman theme seemed like it required four hands. In any case, this is wonderful, and I wish you luck on your projects.
We'll have to see, but since I fought through arranging Nameless Song, I am optmistic about the arrangement part.

I started about 15 years ago or so, but have not been playing (and arranging) consistently since I started, so I'm not as good as you might expect from such a long time.
Really great! My only complaint is that as far as I know, the Holy Blade is written in 6/8 or 9/8. There's tons of triplets and sextuplets that fit more in 6/8 rather than 3/4.

(tbh I don't really care much about time signatures...if someone need something to be written in 6/8 rather than 3/4 to tell them how to play it they seriously lack imagination. ^^)

A little robotic and flat sounding to me through most of it, but otherwise well done. The section just before the Holy Blade segment's stinger was what I was looking for in intensity and emotion from the rest. Glad someone made a pure piano arrangement regardless. Thanks for the enjoyable time listening and breaking down each part as it played
It's onyl robotic because of the software used, a real human playing would sound much better

The part at 3:02 (measure 83) onward is the most difficult overall I think;
There's jumps in the left hand, lots of octaves in the right, and the rhythm isn't trivial, so yeah...I'll go with that part.
"Not too difficult" in this context means you can clearly see a structure and the rhythmic patterns, there are no unnecessary ornaments, just a wonderful and very clear transcription of what you hear in the orchestral arrangement. Which definitely helps to learn the piece, that's what I was referring to. It's of course not easy to play, sorry :D Thank you for your opinion, I'll take it slow.
Were you able to learn it? I want to learn something new and this sounds like a good idea.

+1295malina This isn't a recording, I transcribe the music, then arrange it, and then edit a generated MIDI-file in REAPER to play on a sampled piano.
(transcription and writing sheet music is done in sibelius, and editing is done in REAPER)

Sounds really good, just in terms of notation, I've always found myself feeling the whole piece in 6/8 conducted in two beats as opposed to 4/4 and 3/4. Idk, it just has a very waltz-like quality to me, and lends itself to that meter. That's just me though, and it has no effect on how the arrangement sounds.
It would also look pretty weird written down.

It is possible! I've tried the climax and there's just a lot of notes to be played at the same time, other than that it's not hard. 3 years of piano practicing around 1 hour a day should be fine.
