Switching to water towers in your farm area would likely be good, if memory serves they pipe the water there rather than using roads, so dont add traffic and dont have the the cost/transport delay from using roads in the radius. Just need to keep it supplied and can have it serve a large amount of farms.
You're the best! A minor 'point-out' I would like to share is putting the Anti-Aliasing setting (Graphics Tab) to FXAA. It will remove the slight 'stuttering edges' that occurs on building's corners. Also removes the weird kinda thing going on beneath a building you're hovering above ground before placing. If that makes any sense ^^ I had the same problem, and doing that solved it for me.

Wonder why the Only Welsh name this game generated on the map is a district of cardiff, and not say an actual town? Also, if they're going to use Cardiff districts I kind of hope it's possible to get Splott. No real reason, I just think that one sounds the most amusing. :)
can you emulate artificial scarcity by stockpiling goods? looks to me you're the only competitor and I dont actually know if this game emulates competition.
