WYVRN Artemis even the first few episodes, they’re just gorgeous and like dramatic and full of dark colors and stuff, and this is very... grey. It doesn’t do the art justice, and I mean that’s fine, it’s a trailer about the story, but also... the art is sooooooo good

But like check out @apathetic on Instagram, she lowkey made a MOVIE QUALITY edit for PH, animated, sfx and all. Shame how a casual Instagram editor can do this Webtoon more justice than this, but alas, at least it got the trailer we fans been waiting for 😌👌
This trailer does not do the actual comic ANY justice (though it got better towards the end). The art is more beautiful than that. The dialogue is deeper than that. The action leaps off the pages better than that. And the characters are hotter than that!

It's always going to leave you dangling, grasping, hovering over your phone till next week. Never a dull moment. The score is written to cater each moment perfectly, and every character is written so thoroughly, if no one ever told you they were from a comic, you'd spend your whole life believing they were real.
My favourite WEBTOON! The illustrator even makes the WEBTOON’s soundtrack! The plot is so engaging and the characters are great. ( can’t wait for ep 43 so much hype surrounding that) 🔥 🤴🏼👮🏽♀️⚔️🥀

If you had like- the intense moments where they met and went on missions to interrogate I would have loved this- but then walking up and going HI! And then weird running scenes I was kind of dissapointed. And you put them finding out it was the purple hyacinth before Lauren chased him which made me reee

Holy shit... This was epic AND intense. The editing, the sound direction... It's all so on point! *Chef's kiss* One minor criticism in that there was a great opportunity to plug in Lauren's motivation to help the PH at the end of the trailer to further flesh out the bulk of the story to the trailer's audience. Purple Hyacinth has done really well in building up the suspense in the main character's pasts as well as progress their present day lives in such a thrilling manner which had been reflected in this trailer. It's a bit of a shame though that the prior wasn't included as much, especially since when you start the webtoon, it immediately hammers into your mind why Lauren had become the way she is, and how much that particular event of the past had impacted most of her decisions throughout the series. Plus, you get to plug in a lot of the beautiful art that Soph had done for the flashbacks as well! They're so beautiful that it's such a shame it's been left out of the trailer...
