She's definitely hitting on all 6 cylinders now, nice and even too ! I was pretty sure early on when you were having fuel issues that your tank cap was not the problem, I was pretty sure that there was junk in the tank that you disturbed when you closed and then opened the petcock at the bottom of the tank, it's got some "stuff" in there 😔
Fantastic job Brayden and the Bible verse was fantastic the power the 220 outstanding and the minor fixes who cares loved it all thank you and it looks on video like new.
By Golly! The old girl sounds Good! Smooth with very little smoke! I like the way you read the Bible verse over the video in a soft voice and a little slower, it felt much more meaningful. Thank You. One of my all time favorite AC's. I remember when my bus driver got one of the first 220's brand new. I was a freshman in high school. Looked just like yours only it had wider rear tires. It was a Monster. Been looking forward to this video. Love those Orange Tractors. Great Job. 👍🇺🇲🚜
Really nice 220. How big is the chisel plow and what gear are you plowing in? I used to pull a 14 foot in 5th gear with my D21 it had duels on it it was turned up a little it would blow black smoke twenty ft high lol
It sounds like she’s running pretty good! That fuel tank issue reminds me of a story I heard once. A fella bought a brand new Massey Ferguson tractor back in the early eighties and shortly after he started working it it would all of the sudden die in full pull. After it sat for a while it would fire back up and run fine and after a while it again would start pulling down and die. So the fella had the field service tech from the dealership come out and look at it, which he did several different times. The story was it might run all day or 30 minutes before it started doing it again. They finally pulled the Polly fuel tank off and looked inside it to find that there was a plastic cutout from the manufacturing process floating around in there and it would occasionally work its way over to the draw port and close it off. The plug apparently fell inside the tank when the factory worker cut the sending unit hole in the freshly manufactured tank. I seem to recall that it was something like a 2745 or 2805 model tractor. I to am a farmer and I am a former field mechanic on heavy equipment and I have always remembered that story when chasing fuel issues on equipment.

I had that happen to me on a brand new Cub Cadet garden tractor many years ago. It happens more often than you know.
