@4K_Kings The way I'm reading this is that the columns represent the 4 quarters of the year. The rows represent the releases. The top rows are the 4K releases. The bottom rows are merely stating the anniversaries. The badges show what anniversary the title is. Seven is the 30th Anniversary AND a 4K debut. Amadeus is only a 4K debut release because it's celebrating 41 years. Lethal Weapon is 38. Bottom row either already has a release and is celebrating a milestone (The Goonies, The Shining). Or just celebrating a milestone only. With no 4K release currently planned (Friday, Caddyshack). Or additional releases as far as they indicate. They're just celebrating their catalog. Hence why every bottom row has a badge, but each one does not have a badge on the top rows. Apologies if this was too long-winded. Top rows = 4K debut releases. Bottom rows = Catalog Milestone Anniversary Celebrations (4K discs may or may not already exist on these titles, but there won't be anything new).
Where's Deliverance? How about Excalibur, American History X, New Jack City, Clash Of The Titans (1981), Falling Down, and The Aviator? These are better than most of those listed in that leak, IMHO.
I can't speak for Matt, but I'm gonna use my "I didn't have a dad" card in defense of never seeing a Bond film... that, and by the time I was alive, there were so many (with many differing opinions) I never knew where to start.
@ Oh I see. It’s never too late to start. You might find the older ones, well, old but they are fun nonetheless. The stunt work is still quite brilliant to this day imo. I’d maybe start at the Moore era or Brosnan, then loop back around to the start. The franchise is successful for a reason.
I am most excited for Amadeus and Boogie Nights. Will also grab Connery 007 4ks....Missing are Excalibur and Dirty Harry 4ks . Plus I think they also have Frankenheimers Grand Prix which would be gorgeous in 4k.
What is the difference between WB and WB Archive? The Searchers is coming to 4k. I'm hoping for some more classics. Wild Bunch and Eyes Wide Shut are my most wanted.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say not only is 2 a good sequel, the series as a whole is more consistent than others... not saying 3 or 4 compare to 1, but as a series, Lethal Weapon is STRONG.
Don’t get your high hopes up for Bond. Same old crappy over 2 decade old 4K transfers with the exception of Dr. No and Goldfinger. Accompanied by the regular blu rays for the extras. How can you guys be happy about this schedule of all these re-releases as Anniversary releases. Only Dog Day Afternoon for me so far (as I already have Seven delivered on January 3). So I can finally work on my 2024 backlog with A Bridge Too Far, Born on the 4th of July, Crash and Stones at Shepherd Bush among them.
Miss congeniality 2 is better, and I hope that gets a 4K as well, them doing Barry Lyndon before eyes wide shut fully uncut in 4K is crazy. WB needs to release that ASAP, if the shining has the original audio and includes the alternate cut that was shown everywhere else except for the US I will buy it, I hope all the nightmare in elm street films are fully uncut in 4K with original audio, lethal weapon two is the best and I hope they release the director’s cuts for all the films including 4s workprint. The last time the director cuts were released was on DVD, and they need to have the original audio that they haven’t had since their original releases, Friday needs to include all three films in 4k with all the cuts, Amadeus needs the directors cut and original theatrical mono mix for the theatrical cut, final destination 3 is the best with 5 close behind. I hope 5& 4 get a new 3D remaster while the others get 4ks with all the different version of 3 like the dvd has. The conjuring tomb is the best horror, cecum and horror film I’ve seen in years that needs a 4K yesterday, so does Annabelle comes home? The rest can go fuck off. Constantine is a must buy a fantastic, comic book film and not enough people see one of the best in the DC world. Blade Trinity needs to have the theatrical cut, which is the best version of that movie to watch
I never saw Miss Congeniality 2, is it really better? I'd check it out... And while I agree with everyone saying Eyes Wide Shut needs a release, Barry Lyndon is great and beautifully shot with all the natural lighting and such... surprised there isn't more love here for it.
@@russceasetheruss5360 I’m a huge Kubrick fan but the problem I have with Lyndon is that I find the character so utterly dislikable. Yes, even though you have nasty characters in a Clockwork, they feel like characters with some sort of purpose albeit anarchy.
Don’t worry it’s the same old shitty 4K transfers that are around for decades already. Just Dr.No and Goldfinger are “re-done” in recent years. An absolute atrocity to treat the biggest movie franchise in the world this way on 4K.
I would absolutely love for this to be true as I have been dying for James Bond in 4k. However I can’t see James Bond being true, they will wait for the new 007 films for tie ins. Hope I am wrong!
I was trying to find the video but I believe the ones he said were Green Latern, Lethal Weapon, Corpse Bride and Blade Trilogy and .maybe One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest. He's been pretty accurate so far. They send him some movies to review early and he compares the 4Ks with blu-rays (sound, video, compression, etc) and sometimes 4K compared to previous 4K releases.
Don't know if it is true but was watching another TH-camr and he said there was a French listing for The Outlaw Josey Wales, Pale Rider and Dirty Harry. Like I said there was a listing but no release dates so take with a grain of salt.
Was watching MovieGuy365 and he said there is a listing in France for September for The Nightmare on Elm Street collection. Heck yeah, others aren't as good as first one but they are fun to watch.
Is this leak legit? Are you excited for these titles? What is WB missing? Let us know below!
@4K_Kings The Dirty Harry movies have to be on the way surely.
@4K_Kings The way I'm reading this is that the columns represent the 4 quarters of the year. The rows represent the releases. The top rows are the 4K releases. The bottom rows are merely stating the anniversaries. The badges show what anniversary the title is.

If a Goonies 40th Anniversary is released, please include the deleted Octopus scene as a special feature!
I guess you guys aren’t Bond fans. Totally ignored the Connery collection.

The franchise is successful for a reason.
@corbomite1138 Definitely... I have nothing against them, but just never had that entry point. By the time Craig came around, it just felt daunting.
Boogie Nights 4K, what a treat. Love that movie. Finally a update from my Dvd Special Edition.
I am most excited for Amadeus and Boogie Nights. Will also grab Connery 007 4ks....Missing are Excalibur and Dirty Harry 4ks . Plus I think they also have Frankenheimers Grand Prix which would be gorgeous in 4k.
It's faster to say warner bros(3 syllables) than double u bee(4 syllables)
Goonies was just released in a 4K steelbook in early December
I hope there's some new extras for Boogie Nights. I'd love a new PTA commentary all these years later.
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Dog Day Afternoon are my most anticipated releases.
What is the difference between WB and WB Archive? The Searchers is coming to 4k. I'm hoping for some more classics. Wild Bunch and Eyes Wide Shut are my most wanted.
AMADEUS!
Count me in for 007, Barry Lyndon, boogie nights and the nightmare on elm street collection
Lethal Weapon should be great. Hope they also release part 2 which was an excellent sequel
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say not only is 2 a good sequel, the series as a whole is more consistent than others... not saying 3 or 4 compare to 1, but as a series, Lethal Weapon is STRONG.
@ Totally agree. It’s an excellent series
EYES WIDE SHUT NEEDS A 4K
So excited for Amadeus
Caddyshack! Yessss
Don’t get your high hopes up for Bond. Same old crappy over 2 decade old 4K transfers with the exception of Dr. No and Goldfinger. Accompanied by the regular blu rays for the extras.

Green Lantern looked fantastic on Blu-Ray. It will be hard to top that on 4K without considerable intentional effort.
If this is true next year is looking to be a great year for physical media definitely interested in some of these!
Boogie Nights is the only one I’ll buy in that list.
There is a lot to love on this slate.
Who wants Barry Lyndon not me, not really a WB title, and Lethal Weapon is way late!!!

@corbomite1138 I get it... Alex's utter despicable nature is essential to the plot. Nothing is gratuitous.
@ Understood. It does look beautiful of course and I would pick it up but only when as a complete 4K set.
Lethal weapon but would prefer all 4 of them to be done unless we get a nice steel
They can always adjust releases and dates, but overall looks legit to me. Looks like my wallet won’t be getting a break next year…
Eyes Wide Shut sad 😢
James Bond is TBC because EON (the production company) has final say what goes on physical media, not the studio
Don’t worry it’s the same old shitty 4K transfers that are around for decades already. Just Dr.No and Goldfinger are “re-done” in recent years. An absolute atrocity to treat the biggest movie franchise in the world this way on 4K.
@ when were dr no and Goldfinger “redone”?
@ a few years back when they were in the cinemas for 60 years Bond
Please Lethal Weapon 4K set...
Matt, could you send me some cookies please thanks and I'll stop asking for a Last Dragon review. 😂😂😂
I would absolutely love for this to be true as I have been dying for James Bond in 4k. However I can’t see James Bond being true, they will wait for the new 007 films for tie ins. Hope I am wrong!
The TH-camr I watch says he is connected with the studios and he let slip I think 6 of the ones that are on there as being released on 4K in 2025
I was trying to find the video but I believe the ones he said were Green Latern, Lethal Weapon, Corpse Bride and Blade Trilogy and .maybe One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest. Are you kidding me? I bought my BLU-RAY STEELBOOK of Green Lantern at the Dollar Tree, before the .25 price hike. Call yourself movie fans 😂
