This game deserve much more attention!!! GR1 was in no doubt an amazing sleeper hit (sadly, it deserved more attention too. Good thing it got remastered) Can't wait for GR2.

PurpleTrident I think Vita games have certain appeals to JRPG gamers and otakus for they have visual novel style games. especially in Japan where people commute on trains and buses all the time, handheld games like Vita can be a good choice for certain gamers.
+50PSP Animation Channel Vita is dead in NA and is used as an indiestation in Europe. You can't really blame Sony for not supporting it there. Still has support within Japan and Asia though, but mostly Japan. I do agree, it's tons of wasted potential. The Vita is probably the best handheld system I've ever owned, but the game selection is sparse. Luckily, I enjoy my JRPGs a lot, and the selection on the Vita is quite enough.

this proves that Sony has some really creative and talented studios yet they continue to pour money into generic stuff like uncharted, the order and destiny. kind of a shame really

I doubt there will be coop. I love Sony, but the hardly ever do coop. One place MS beats them is with coop. They have it in almost all their big games. Sony has so many great games the would be perfect for coop, but they always put damned AI controlled partner characters. LBP shows just how great Sony's coop could be. Killzone Shadowfall was an opportunity missed. Bloodborne was good though. I prefer coop to competitive.
Xbox, PlayStation, I own both. Played the original on VITA, will get this for the fun of it. SONY should do what Microsoft is doing, Backward compatibility. That;s making the Xbox more worth having than the PS4. Despite the exclusives on the PlayStation, and I own both. I still say the the Xbox is best for online multiplayer. While I use the PlayStation for single player stuff and Blu Rays.

Did anyone else notice that the area Kat was visiting kind of looked like Heskeville?.. The sky and buildings looked the same. And all the colors were similar to an army vibrant green mixed with orange. After all, the story of GR2 kind of looks like it takes place somewhere else entirely. Maybe Hekseville got swallowed eventually by the darkness. (I wonder what happens to Boutome then ;-;) And towards the end, it shows that some type of cite was being taken away. But by what?.. Maybe the new story will be by a different pillar. If there is one. Maybe by one that Nala was talking about. I'm very interested in seeing what lies ahead in this one. Very interested in the plot, and where it'll go. It kind of disturbed me to know that GR2 was being placed somewhere that looked completely different... :/ and that it won't be on vita... Oh well. I have ps4 too.
I so wish Final Fantasy IX would get a remaster in this art style. I think it would be amazing. And this game looks cool. I'll pick it up in the bargain bin.

Pissed it's not on Vita as well. I have a PS4 and a Vita but I'd like to play away from home and it suited the Vita perfectly. Such a waste. But it'll sell far far more on the PS4 so I can understand it from a business perspective. If only Sony had pushed the Vita more in the EU/NA regions. It's a fantastic device and will go down like the Dreamcast as a wasted opportunity. It's still great for jrpgs and indies but the lack of "pop" games (fps, sports, aaa) has equalled less console sales in the West and so it's been ignored. Anyone who has one knows how good the system could be if only it was supported.
