To be honest, I'm quite young. My friends are limited to school peers; almost all of them are interested in Rhianna, Justin Bieber, Beyonce, One Direction ECT. Thats fine I don't like them but have no personal objection if people do. But its refreshing coming onto a page and hearing people talk about musicians I love and look up to. I rarely go to a place were people would know Laura Marling or Lucy Rose or any other indie/folk artist. That's probably why I'm surprised...
at least you leave in Italy, it takes only a couple of hours by train to get to see Laura Marling playing at a gig. In my case, I'd have to cross an ocean to do so, and it ain't that easy, know.
Finally Someone else who knows Lucy Rose! Her musics truly beautiful. I think Laura Marling is a better song-writer though Lucy Rose seems to have a prettier voice. I don't know they both seem perfect...
Here in Italy nobody cares for this music, and the artists don't even come here to play live... so I guess you're lucky as you are. At least you get to see them live
