This will be such an important next step for you. I have a diagnosis of Complex PTSD. My mother was abusive and violent during my childhood. I can highly recommend therapy and, specifically, the ‘Internal Family Systems’ treatment modality - it helps to heal our trauma, but also reconnects us with our inner child. It allows us to reparent ourselves (to give all of the love, support and empathy that we didn’t receive from our mothers). Good luck. You CAN do this! 🕊️ x
@@pimmspimms5462 My mother wasn't abusive in the physical sense.She was just a snob when I was growing up.She's still alive but very authoritarian.She cared about impressions/and what other people think.Rather than not just caring.She kind of force fed me this.Still what I want to heal since I've already done a lot of that work for myself is that I missed the first 7 years of my life with her so I think I have in built abandonment issues, though growing up with my Grandparents gave me the very best of everything foundation wise the formative years in any Childs development with their parents is the most important.I kinda of missed that.Yeah I practice the internal arts Wu Dang Tai Chi as well as other Tai Yi and chi gong/Wu dang systems.Glad to know your part of the internal family system.Hope your training is going well.P.s thank you for your support and well wishes..🥰🙏.

I have Leo Rising trine Venus in Sagittarius. To be honest, i hope I am not blocking any individual who would truly enhance my spiritual journey (verses fun and games or cuddly "love", which would be going back to my Taurus S. Node), but my trip is primarily internal at this time.
A relationship with another human is the farthest thing from my mind, and I am perfectly okay with that. Yep, as I asked my therapy team if I could schedule a session/ mental health check in … and since I’m out of the country there’s some issue with license to practice or something…
I think for me , it’s a lot of very specific things I still need to really work through, most situations in which … I just had to survive.
But then it’s turning the corner from that , planning & living a fantastic life for yourself 🙂
Which is absolutely the reward, but building that up from where you have enough to survive every month to where you can start to thrive with a career or something, being gracious with ourselves, I think it takes time.
And a Scorpio being a Scorpio I think, we really want to have realized or attained our own position in life type goals so that we have our own stability? Although it’s a lot more complicated than this in my mind .

The way you keep saying "wall" reminds me of a recurring dream I had for 3 nights in a row when I was in my twenties. Don't worry, I'll keep this short😂
I'm walking on a path through a garden that is surrounded by a wall. . . . A very tall Stonewall covered in ivy and flowers. But it's kind of like a phantom or a ghost or something because there's not anyone actually there. We are carrying on a conversation that I can't quite make out but I can tell it's giving me advice. Though I cannot make out the words that it is saying to me in the dream I can feel... It's telling me I need to change or transform myself. It's warning me that if I don't then everything around me that I love will begin to die. Then I will be lost forever. Then I noticed that as we were walking...it had slowly become dark...not just in light but in vibe, frequency, spirit...the guide continues to talk and we keep talking but I'm frightened and crying. The foliage had all died and even the stone had gotten darker. We kept walking and the guide kept talking but now he was more loving than firm. Although the message was the same. Suddenly I took off running. The expression on my face was pure rage yet I was still crying and could feel the pain I was in. Then I jumped towards the wall and in mid air my body began to contort. . .there was loud agonizing screaming and almost howl like sounds but it was all dark. I couldn't see anything else...just felt extreme emotional, physical, spiritual and mental anguish. Then I woke up. 🤷🤦🤷 I have a gift of empathy, premonitions, blah blah blah.... dream interpretations 😂🤦 but can't help myself 🤷🧐

I'm a November Scorpio with a October Scorpio and he's a orphan so feeling abandoned is his main thing and we are literally erked with eachother at this very moment because of this very topic right now. Don't drink tap water, use some kind of water purifier. Tap water has floride and other chemicals in it, unless you have a well, then you have your own purification system
