Hungarian writer, journalist, literary translator, and critic György Bálint lived in this house from 1910 to 1930.

* THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Géza Kresz Street is a characteristic street of Újlipótváros. It is a one-way street, with no trolley or bus service, so there is relatively little through traffic. The WestEnd shopping center is 200 meters away, and the Metro 3 stop is 110 meters from the entrance. Parking is possible in the public area. Jászai Mari Square (McDonald's, restaurants, cafés) is within walking distance, as is Margaret Island, where there are many sports facilities nearby. The business and banking district of the 5th district is a 10-minute walk.
