    Hi Sue, I've recently subscribed to your channel, I'm in the process of watching your tour of Arran and I must say the way you compile your videos are wonderful. So informative, I love the way you use the maps, just great. I wish you all the best, and keep these wonderful films coming, thank you. x
    PS great review by the way

      Hi Simon. Thanks very much for subscribing and commenting. I try to improve the vlogs all the time so it's great to hear that you like the style of them. As for reviews, this was my first but it's a product that'll help me keep my gadgets powered for so much longer when off grid so a real game changer for me. Arran was magical, just bliss! All the best to you 😊👍

    I had to watch this twice Sue, because the first time I was just thinking how lovely your kitchen was. Thanks for your EcoFlow review, I'll definitely get one for my campervan, the thought of losing power, especially when I'm drying my hair, scares me 😃

      @@CamperVanya I get it. My wife and I boondock in a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder out near our climbing spots. We do not have power, which is mostly okay. But sometimes it would be nice to have a wee bit of the electrical juice! If I get a 4x4 pick up truck and a pop up camper, I’d have room for some extra comforts. Like a proper 12 volt frig/freezer! I’ve said it before, but I do enjoy your videos quite a lot. Cheers!

    Great review Sue. Probably one reason why the handle is on the rear, if you place it against a wall etc, you’ve still got air flow for the cooling fan. You wouldn’t have that if the handle was on the side, thus restricting airflow if it was against a wall etc. Absolutely loving the colour of your nails too x

    A nice looking unit at what seems to be an affordable price for a smaller campervan or car. A couple of observations I might suggest are, the handle could be made to fold away to keep storage size to a minimum. And it would be nice to have a compartment for cable storage so charging and output cables don't get lost or damaged.

    • @CamperVanya

    @stephenpotts4758 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Yes I think confusing as some call them Generators but really an all-in-one battery pack.
    Good for versatility and simplicity but I would go for the River 2 as more powerful but more expensive.
    Depends on the usage most high-power items to avoid are heat making items like a cooker ring / hair drier /fan heater etc.
    Should be good for your recharging stuff on the days out.
    Best wishes SP.

    • @CamperVanya
      @CamperVanya  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Stephen. This is the River 2 but there is the River 2 Max and River 2 Pro with increased power with resulting increased size, weight & cost. Those would be great too but this is good for portability, recharging gadgets and general back up. I wouldn’t mind a more powerful model if it fit in my van ok but I need to look at some built in off grid power solutions. Still thinking about that. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍🏻

    A very honest review 👍 and you will find it very useful. Good that you've been sent one, but a great shame that they didn't also send you the solar panel. So it will depend on the power draw of the hair dryer which you’ll need to check against the specs of the River 2 - links in this video description. Yeah that makes sense when it's in use. I was so busy thinking about space and storage I hadn't thought about that 🤪

      @@CamperVanya its interesting I have watched lots of reviews of this product & not one person has mentioned the handle stopping you blocking the fan. Some had said similar to you about it. I think its a very clever way to help provent the fan being blocked. Thats why I think they've done it anyway.
