This some good shit man. I’m just turning 600 on the deadlift and I’m learning some valuable pointers here-Was kinda on the same path here as you guys but I think that’s why my pull is advancing so well lately I take in a little bit of info from a lot of different people and plug in what works for me...at 51, 215lbs I want that 700 as well in the next year or two we will see...

Just wanna say that longer format videos seem to be the move for Elitefts. Yes many fitness youtube pages get tons of views from short content but we don't come to this channel to be entertained we come to be educated. Love seeing these long videos and watching them throughout the day.

To be able to be real in a video on TH-cam is a big deal these days. I’ve personally competed in the Kentucky Muscle in 2013. Not bragging at all but placed 5th out of 28. Since then, I’ve become married, had a baby, become an alcoholic and lost myself all together and now finally have another baby on its way. This is a “get your shit together” type of attitude that I love to hear and would love to entertain the idea of someone with this type of focus to challenge me mentally. The point of this comment is there are a lot of people of there that need to be re-motivated. You just caught one… Thank you.
