Wow, actually tried doing this and it turned out great! I made the orange soda, and then I tried my own concoction of lemon lime soda! With the lemon lime soda, I just had to use less lemon-lime juice and more of the syrup. Thanks for this great idea! (I’ve been using some new added free time since my college classes are all screwed up due to quarantine to subscribe to a bunch of cooking channels and learn how to cook some different foods and maybe impress my girlfriend when I can see her again). Adam, you can tell how juicy a lime is when buying them by giving it a squeeze - if it's plump and soft then it's juicy - if it's hard then it's not. Could be an idea for a future episode in that - how to judge the ripeness of different fruit and veg (pineapples, melons etc)

I know you're a little over the hill and it's been a while since you've been a gamer, but dude Raid Shadow Legends. By your admission you run a family friendly channel and I'm here to warn you these guys are the worst not because they're annoying with their ads, but because they're the biggest addiction trap. The daily rewards, timegating, and all that randomized loot is there to get you to make a habit out of coming back every day and once that's enough, coughing up some cash to get even more randomized loot. At least with the battery drainer, you know what you're getting. With Raid (and whatever big bucks mobile came comes next), you get the illusion of playing a game that you only know exists because they paid some influencer to chum the waters so that the company can hook more whales.

Adam, you can tell how juicy a lime is when buying them by giving it a squeeze - if it's plump and soft then it's juicy - if it's hard then it's not.
Could be an idea for a future episode in that - how to judge the ripeness of different fruit and veg (pineapples, melons etc)

I like making sparkling lemonade, with equal parts lemon juice and simple syrup, topped with soda water. Found that i almosted halved te amount of sugar compared to regular soda (which has less sugar in my country than in the us), as well as cutting coats by about half. but i have to try infusing the syrup with the peel

By your admission you run a family friendly channel and I'm here to warn you these guys are the worst not because they're annoying with their ads, but because they're the biggest addiction trap. The daily rewards, timegating, and all that randomized loot is there to get you to make a habit out of coming back every day and once that's enough, coughing up some cash to get even more randomized loot. At least with the battery drainer, you know what you're getting. With Raid (and whatever big bucks mobile came comes next), you get the illusion of playing a game that you only know exists because they paid some influencer to chum the waters so that the company can hook more whales.
