This game was inspired by a flash game called moral combat slap fight
found the Moral Combat Slap Fight Game 😆
I loved that game
I think you got it backwards, rose and camellia was a flash game that came out in 2007. So, moral combat slap fight was inspired by this game since it came out in 2008.

I love that after Reiko becomes the Grande Madame, she's treated as an overpowered boss character in the narrative, to the point where even if you're fighting against her its impossible to actually win
It took me a day to clear reiko 😔
Narrative wise, she had forged her own strength and her resolve allowed her to overthrow the Tsubakikoji single handedly. The Grand Madame in question is apparently the biggest bad the game has, so Reiko is essentially a demigod by defeating her. And somehow Shizuka's SECOND TO HER after defeating the Mecha-Tsubaki.
Can we take a moment to appreciate how hard the lyrics of the theme song goes?!
