Yeah fuck the sith. We need a race like this entering in. I get it the Vong are similar in a way, but nothing is more wicked than Giger. This would be incredible.
Some stuff looks silly. But on the whole it feels very very much like a some dark terrible ancient time in Star Wars. As even in old lore ancient Sith and Rakata stuff had a look similar to this. So it doesn't feel out of place for me in some dark era of Star Wars.

Hollywood will fall apart when this image starts to move smoothly at this resolution. That moment is fast approaching. That moment will come at the earliest this year, or next year at the latest.
Never going to happen. It's nice to have some tools for easier animation but that is all it is. Sure it's neat but this doesn't actually begin to rise to the level of art actually made by H.R. Giger. It is a shallow facsimile. And nothing short of actual self-aware AI would be able to overcome that barrier.
@@esbenm6544 It seems to me that there is real creativity in the images produced by image generation models. I don't think you need a self-aware AI to create authentic art. I think art is a kind of statistics. I believe that we can create truly creative art just by statistically calculating what color pixels exist around a certain color pixel. It's the same with video, so I think we should statistically generate a still image that is most likely to follow a still image. Of course, that doesn't contradict that self-aware AI can create great art.

You can be really good at imitating a great actor and yet you won't be hired on that basis. Because that's all it is, a good impression.

@@-WillAlone- It's possible that the complexity and uniqueness of AI-generated images might be challenging for your brain to process, especially if the images contain elements that don't naturally coexist or have unexpected juxtapositions. Our brains are used to recognizing and making sense of familiar patterns and structures, so when we're presented with unfamiliar or highly complex images, it can be more mentally taxing?
Darth Vader looks more evil in this. A more fresh and dark interpretation of the genre. And I;m sure somehow Kathleen Kennedy and Iger will screw this up.
If H.R.Giger was still alive he would imagine much better than the Midjourney AI. I think this images are disappointing and lack of imagination. As the new versions of the AI will be released, it will be very interesting how it can make better images. This lack of imaginations happen too in new songs played by old music icons.
Star Wars is a tale between good and evil, this is all evil, Dune-verse meets Gigers-alien-meets Lovecraft, without the light that is quintessential Jedi .. it needs work and imagination Stable Diffusion / Midjourney , again ..
