Gonna say it, I wish EVERYONE would just get over the RSR! Sure it's a race winner, but needing to drive an RSR in a a race so I might stand a chance of winning is a bit of a let down when there are so *many* other excellent cars in the game that make it more fun to race and make winning worth it.
I would say that the rsr drivers just want to win every single race and it just ruins your fun cause we want to challenge new cars not the same rsr.
@@ghostofakina2512 I have TWO RSR's. One has the 'stock' motor it came with +Ultimates (It's a dark blue) and the other is the 'swapped' engine that turns it into the hard to beat RSR (it is a dark red). The stock one is nicer to drive. lol

I once beat an rsr in an online race with the Lamborghini diablo. It does not need to slow down too much on some corners and that is quite an advantage. I mean, I was going with 300 kmh in the resort's circuit event corners and all it needed was to slow down to 300 and then easily go back to 370 kmh. I highly recommend this car to everyone (By the way, keep the default engine)
The car I use the most atm: Lotus Exige S with RSR engine.
Its fast, its light, handling is awesome, top end power is missing a bit but all in all it can compete with these socalled "RSR-killer"
Rly I never tried the lotus, I have it parked up and using the ford get to keep up with the rsr......still experimenting on the beetle

I have raced several times against RSR in the game with my Nissan Silvia S15 and I defeated the RSR's several with the Silvia S15 (V8 swap). The RSR and S15 are really equal. !(In my experiences)!.

@@nicl4m can confirm, the old MX-5 is realy insane, found it early on, can reach 400+ on Elite or Elite + parts also, even in offroad spec it can rach 400+ maxed out!
Miata is always the answer.
I use the Evo 9 with the 3.8L V8 engine swap for off road and it was crazy powerful. Also got 400+ level for off road car, keep that in mind.
A duel turbo is actually different that a twin because a twin turbo has same size turbos the duel has 2 different size turbos

The Lotus Exige turns like it's on rails if you full grip. It's insanely fast in the twisty bits.

I built a Miata early on and it's still my go-to. That thing rips. Also small so it fits around traffic lol.
My favorites address the 488 Pista and the Pagani Huayra. I used that Exo IX all the way up to level 50. It's a great car, it doesn't turn great, but I beat plenty of peeps with an RSR.
The ‘15 Civic Type R is the real RSR killer

ive actually been using the EVO IX as my main, cause i mean sure it isnt as quick as the RSR and doesnt corner as well, but it is far more durable then the RSR, and so it has been my main night time car.

I say that u should check out CrayG Rsr killer 2.0 theres good setup for evo
Not even joking, the Lotus Exige pulls hard and turns very nicely in NFS Heat. I don't even have all parts unlocked, but it was at about a 1.9 second 0-60, and since it's a very light track car from Lotus it does very well on technical courses. On longer courses it could do better, but it still holds its own. And it allows for a flat 6 engine swap which makes it absolutely OP, in my opinion.
You should try the Forged 4 cylinder, Maybe it's better. It is the top of the line motor for the Evo.

I roll the Evo IX with a track suspension, track differential, and speedcross tires. Live tuning maxed steering, minimum downforce, it handles like a beast

Try the Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport '17 Not even maxed out it's 400+ and has a 0-60 under 2 seconds, and in my opinion it handles better than you expect from a muscle car 😁
Modern Day American muscle are rather good in the handling department compared to their predecessors. The Camaro ZL1/1LE can hang with and even beat factory track monsters like the R35 GTR, base and Nismo models. At least irl. Not sure about game wise.

Acura RSX is my go too car and I’ve beaten a few people with it against the RSR and the Evo. They caught up a decent amount of times but I still win. Acura Gang. 😁

The evo is my third and main car so I can say this, you have to get creative with your routes don’t stick to the road all the time because during sharp corners you will lose mega amounts of speed. Instead I suggest tapping the handbrake to point the car in the hairpin turns then make use of all the road to keep speed and momentum.
Can you switch the controls so that the brakes initiate the drift instead of the gas? I have trouble breaking traction a lot of times if I only use the gas, and I end up flying through the guardrail or into the woods or something 😂

@@Kysah_VDP I've platinumed it and did ALL drift events under 4 hours with showcase parts. All 3 stars at , most of them first try playing on hard difficulty. The drift parts don't make you drift ...at least not like showcase parts...dude , 30.000 points in one corner without breaking a sweat is a good feeling ..

I bought Lamborghini Hurracan ‘18 i think it’s called (not spyder and not roadster) and it’s great in everything, got it tuned somewhere in the middle of a down square (race-road) going but it goes more on a drift side and it gets the job done in everything and I’m offroading with Dodge Challenger

If I remember correctly, the RSR is ridiculous at cornering, but the huayra, F40 and ford GT are almost as quick.
Before even watching the video, I can tell u that the Evo will be faster then the RSR on straights but the RSR is way faster on every corner and turn, making it overall faster in a race.

When devs understand that a car cannot accelerate while cornering, there will not be an rsr killer. Till then, keep searching. Personally i dont drive an rsr, since it takes no skill in driving it.

Overall, my favorite cars are going to be the GT3 RS. 0-60 is going to be 1.87. it handles really well. top-end power is meh, but besides that, I think it is overall a great package.

You should test the Ferrari 488 Pista, the F40, and the Ford GT. I beat the Story with the Ford GT once I had the cash to get it, used the Evo for the Speed Traps and for building rep because it's so quick. Unlocked the 488 Pista and had a lot of fun with it. Got the F40 and have been having a lot of fun with it too. I prefer on almost all of my cars to set Downforce to Max with Traction Control on.
