Kyle, TX has emerged as one of the top Austin suburbs over the last few years and for good reason. Massive growth and development has taken over Kyle, making it more and more desirable for people looking to land outside of Austin but still have easy access into the city.

Fast growth in Kyle means more god awful traffic!
What year will they build the brick and mortar district thank you
It’s currently under construction
I know that y’all are doing this for your own benefit and all but fuck y’all are gonna ruin Kyle buda del Valle bastrop Elroy red rock man the list goes on. I feel bad for the locals around who already hate what is going on in there town on top of having people try to promote it just for a some money. Let them find where they wanna live don’t ruin it for the actual people who have been living in these towns there whole life and now have to Watch there taxes go up for nothing.
And when I talk about locals I’m talking about my family who has lived there for years. Now In 5 years my family is gonna have to stress about either selling their property or paying the constant tax raise just to try to live a life on retirement. Out of all the people I know in these town they are all people who worked there ass off and now instead of living the rest of their life in peace they gotta worry about their property taxes sky rocketing through the roof for nothing. It’s sad
@@flexdabest742seriously. I’ve been here since December of ‘04 and I hate what it’s become
We’re not an “Austin suburb,” we’re not friendly, and you should stay there hell out. We’re full.
Tell that to the builders throwing houses up left and right, haha.
@@realestate_atx oh I agree, I wish they’d quit
Kyle has nothing going for it been her since 2017 hated it back then still hate now should have moved to Dallas
Thanks for the insight
