I didn't know either of these guys 3 months back and now Dan's book and videos are sorting out my short game and I find myself checking in on Tim every week to see how that par challenge is going.
Just discovered Dan Grieve, and I'm enamored with his three swing approach. The best part is the way he describes how to feel the weight of the clubhead. This one tip alone has helped my tempo and confidence. He talks about the short game swing being the opposite of the longer iron swing and again if you've watched his instructional videos that's clearly the case. My question is for someone who draws the ball with longer iron shots and uses a lot of forward shaft lean how do you get used to going back and forth between these two types of swings? 0:15
Man, what a treat having the short game magician with you! Very fun to watch and learn... I enjoy your reels everyday, a crazy journey! But I have to admit, having this lesson, you may lack some tools... how about a gap wedge, or a 52? From pitch to 56? hard to hit a basic 100 yds without these. My humble opinion. Keep grinding and have fun through this adventure!
Great lesson/video. One advice would be to get your gapping figured out and a more complete set of wedges. Especially between P-wedge and 56 degree, you need at least one club between that. I heard Dan say something about your grooves as well, so it sounds like a good time to get a new set of wedges anyway. Tools of the trade. Shooting even par is already hard enough, so do yourself a favor mate :)
Touch is an interesting thing to teach. I love the short game. Have you been measured for clubs? It may be the way he had you standing, but it seemed like your club may have been too short. Cool idea and well done.
LELE THIS VERY GOOD VIDEO for uncle lube. he is loving this video very very much. uncle lube play the oboe and the clarient with the birds in the garage
Another joker calling himself a high handicap then says he is an 11 handicap which is why he can change his shots so easily. This does not work that quickly with a 24 handicap golfer like me.
I’m sorry, but to me this coach is an excellent example of what’s wrong with golf! Let’s make golf more inclusive but then charge $1000.00 for a lesson! No thanks! I’ll pass
He allowed a YT to film and post it for free without any kickback. I’d say Dan is pretty damn cool. When your ppl pay 1k a lesson.. you’re obviously worth 1k a lesson

Thank you for spending a $1,000 so I didn’t have to👍🏼
That's insane

In love this. What a great pull to get him on your video . Pure quality
So good. Dan is a wizard and I love this kind of content. Keep it boys!
Dan's channel has a ton of free films! Learned so much from him; for free.

He does look like he's playing with his kid's clubs
In five minutes, he literally doubled the height of your sandwich impressive coach and good student
Sandwich?
@@PJexxx I'm guessing he meant sand-wedge*
Scooby Doo would approve
10-20 degrees open face helps the bounce slide on #2 & #3 releases.
You need longer clubs my guy. Get fitted.
Dan is the Boss
Thanks for sharing your 1000$ with us 😊
Cool video
Great vid. How tall are you dude? On that release 2 you looked a bit hunched over with a junior club in your hand.
Dan is an amazing coach! lots of fun watching
I'm a low handicapper with crap wedge game and mediocre short game. I really need this.
Amen

How do you chip when you are just a few steps off the green and a nearby flag.
7 in a row is awesome. How long has the drought been?
Dan is a legend
That’s a good price to have him that long 👌
Dan Grieves is the man but $1000 is crazy
Its only “crazy” if no one shows up. If hes as busy as he wants to be, the price is right.
My 1000 dollar lesson was free on TH-cam
But at least I bought Dan’s book lol. Great content.
OMG - best video ever!
i need a lesson with dan, he would help me on my road to scratch journey
Then do it you doormat
Best combo!!!!
Dan must have paid TH-cam. I've never heard of him until TH-cam spammed his name all day today.
You never heard of an algorithm? Doh
How long is a $1000 lesson?
Not long enough
2 hours @@lucasbarrelo
1000 is steep for 2 hrs but Dan is the man, and when you’re the man, 🤷
Knowledge is power.
28 minutes and 55 seconds
$1000 per session... Damn. I'm in the wrong job!
No, no you're not
W video
Are the brothers Dutch?
Why isnt Dan correcting his grip???? Its very poor.
How bad do ur hands hurt after playing golf everyday?
Mine are killing me after 5 days in a row 😂
Club looks too short
Does a birdie buy you a bogey? I hope so
Why do all golfers stand the same
Cause they all spend 1k to play just as bad as they did before the lesson
Double bogey syndrome

Zero attention at 5:25 - getting a lesson from Dan, you need to give your complete and undivided attention

A lot of Dan's lessons are online for free as demonstrated here yes he's expensive in person but how is giving this access out for free not inclusive?
I’ve been watching Dans videos for 6 months and implented all these techniques. With a lot of practice it’s transformed my short game. All for free.
He allowed a YT to film and post it for free without any kickback. I’d say Dan is pretty damn cool. When your ppl pay 1k a lesson.. you’re obviously worth 1k a lesson
☝️All theses guys paid even more than 1k in an attempt to be a better golfer so they are trying to justify it now.
Me too@@Staffordeo
NOPE!
He just copying seve lessons nothing new to seen here .
