Will there be a better knockout in 2024 than Max Holloway's? Let us know what you think! ⬇
No way , for me from all the knockout , max was unforgettable , masterpiece

@@DeadlySponge. You cant be serious
For sure
@@DeadlySponge. Least glazey Alex Pereira comment
UFC did Ngannou dirty by not including even a single KO from him
"Francis Ngannou was never my friend" ~Dana
I was naively waiting for his KO of Overeem 😅
@@insanity4224I was waiting for the annihilating of Stipe’s career
Ngannous best KO is vs Overeem. That was 2017 so it lost to Moraes vs Sterling. I think theyre pretty equal but I probably wouldve given it to Ngannou.
Theres usually 5 shitty swings and misses before nganou gets his ko.
Where is my boy Jiří. That spinnin elbow on Reyes was pure art.
It could be said that we are biased because we are from Czechia, but that was just objectively the greatest KO of the year and it should be included
@@MarekMikes-kb6ko BJP🔥🔥🔥
It was dope
One for each year, you people
@@MarekMikes-kb6ko jasne, ale aj tak ten bol jeden z najlepsich
That Silva KO of Vitor was Mario's best stoppage by far lmaooo
it looked like vitor is still aight, but watching now i see his hands to the sides, really not able to defend or prolly understand whats going on, shoudve stopped immediately. silva didnt want to hurt him no mo
Honestly Mario does have a couple of good stoppages, no one ever bothers to give him credit for good and justified stoppages
@@robin6921i think it's over exaggerated how bad of a ref he was due to his very late stoppage at that womens fight. In reality, there isn't another stoppage from him that I'd consider horribly late
@@elias3584Derrick Lewis vs Travis Brown? Glover Teixeira vs Fabio Maldidado?
@@elias3584 bro are you kidding me? he almost let derrick lewis unalive Travis browne. maybe do a little research before you say something so dumb
Without watching, I bet the Max Holloway one will be the latest one.
well u were wrong lol shouldve been there tho
wrong this year hasnnt ended yet sharon
why did you copy the same comment someone else posted an hour before you?
@@MageB0nkPwn it's a bot
Stylebender over Alex….but Max over Gaethje, was hair raising , arm tingling kind of stuff
2024 : Max Holloway
6:20 😂😂 the way he says “KNOCKED OUT” so quick
I was laughing so hard and looking at a comment about how the guy stay on guard even unconsciously, and then I found your comment... the whole scene is pure gold, I'm dead on the floor rn 😂
Rogan had the script on that one.
It was so much better having just 2 people speaking instead of 4 or 5
dont act like you are buying ppv
joe and mike were a good duo
3 are good imo
I agree. Also I prefer Goldberg to Anik
@@ovichggatdc and Jon, Jon and joe
Jiri's spinning elbow KO of Dominick Reyes should have been the pick for 2021
Nah should’ve been Usman KO masvidal
@@DustinGoatPoirier Good call! I forgot that was in 2021. Since the stakes were higher that could be a better pick.
@@DustinGoatPoirier That was dope
@@onurerenx yeah the jiri vs Reyes was insane too but I just thought Usmans was better because it was more important fight and the knockout was arguably more insane, the way masvidals head snapped back and the sweat flying off of him after Usman landed the punch was pretty insane
Also masvidals first time being knocked out
I feel like the matt brown elbow shoulda been here against sanchez I think for 2017 but respect for giving moraes his flowers, he was underrated af
to be fair it should've been Ngannou on Overeem, but they're playing politics here
The Masvidal Flying Knee will always be a golden goose for Dana 😄
It is the greatest KO of all time I don't think it's possible to beat it.
and i hate it! LOL. That was the only thing that made Masvidal famous. he's been chasing it ever since.
I don't really like it tbh
It should be an embarrassment. He traded away one of the p4p greatest of all time for Askren... horrendous.
Hendo's KO against Bisping is the best slow-motion KO, and my personal favorite ever. It's like he winds up to throw a pitch
It's like it is called an overhand right. When you take a bite of food, do you wind up to play cornhole?
Henderson put EVERYTHING into that punch that took out bisping, that 2nd one was just payback for the trash talking 🤣
that second punch when he was already out was BRUTAL
It was just overall brutal
That one doesn't sit well with me given Hendo was juiced to the eyeballs at the time and Bisping was probably the only clean athlete at the top of that division.
@@vulturnuszan "probably"
🤔🙄
@@glennmuir5617 Every other athlete of that time other than Bisping has been confirmed as a drug cheat. Anderson, hendo, wanderlei, sonnen and the rest all had hot tests, dodged tests, were highly suspected or obvious cheats. Bispings reputation was completely clean through that era and to this day has not been subject to suspicion. I think we can assume to as high a level of certainty possible that Bisping was clean. But of course no one can be 100% sure about anything. But he deserves the title of natty king for that era riddled with cheats.
Buckley kick has to be in it without watching 😳
pre watched
Definitely is in there. I knew it would be AND the Yair Rodriguez up elbow against TKZ at the BUZZER!!!!
The Rashad-Chuck punch is still one of the hardest punches ever thrown/landed. Right up there with Hendo.
Buckley’s is my all time favorite. Absolutely insane, to have the ability to think of something like that on the fly is unbelievable
The good ole days with Mike Goldberg. His voice and commentary are just as iconic as Bruce buffer and Dana white to the UFC.
As long as he doesn't spit out, "So you wanna be a UFC fighter" line. That shit was so cringe and overused by him
Anderson Silva is so good that he managed to dodge 3 punches from The Chris while being unconscious.
Obwohl ich sagen würde, dass es eher Silvas Fehler als Weidmans gutes Striking war.... hat dieser damals tatsächlich ohne Eye-poke gewonnen
I feel old. I realized that I watched all of these live. Crazy memories.
That Hendo knockout is so badass!!
To me, it's the greatest. It's incredibly rare for someone to connec so flush with such a wind-up
They don't call it the H-Bomb for no reason. And Bisping is cool now, but back then he was way too big-headed. Love Hendo and what he's done in his career. I remember when PRIDE shut down, the last big event was him vs. Wanderlei. That was a huge KO!!!
@@dnam727 Indeed for sure, but crazy to think I do like bisping a lot now. His TH-cam channel is good, produces some descent content.
the second punch when he was already out cold was disgusting.
@@sidaraengelhardt2529and he was on the juice
Every knockout is spectular, but the element of surprise leon's headkick came with is unbeatable. What a spectacular strike it was
My favourite sporting moment tbh and I’m not even that big of a Leon fan
The Condit - Hardy knockout is sick, they both throw the exact same combo lol
10:49 you know your KO was iconic when the highlight consists the entirety of the fight lol
That Rashad/chuck KO still rattles me to this day. That’s one of the most picture perfect KOs.
new fans don't realize how hated bisping was and how hype we were with the hendo bomb
Hendo's KO vs Bisping is just pure and artistic violence. Man... first punch took his senses and then Hendo left fall all his body, will and soul in Bisping face just to take the remains of his being.
The incredible thing about Bisping knocking out Rockhold is that he not only did it on 17 days notice but he did it with only one working eye.
Those left hooks from Bisping were a work of art. Gorgeous combinations
And legend has it that Ben Askren is unconscious to this very day...
That 08 KO is a core memory of mine watched that fight on tv with Dad
A few of my favs (not in this list). Kamaru knocks out Marvidal (2021), Jamahal Hill knocks out Johnny Walker (2022), Michael Chandler kick knock out Tony Ferguson (2022)
The only thing you can like about hill kos walker it’s just the face of walker . Nothing special just funny ko.
Putting Hardy and Bisping in here was not an accident
Time flies. Been a fan since 2004 and I'm only 32.
crazy right, been watching ufc since 2006 and im 28 now, wild
Ha, same year for me. 29 myself.
Jesus you guys got into it young 😂 I only started following closely a few years ago and I’m 28
@@jonathanf3604 i watched the ultimate fighter by accident, then went down the rabbit hole of ufc, pride, strikeforce, dream, cage rage, bodog, vale tudo, k1, wec, fell in love, back then a lot of fights were uploaded onto youtube arpound 09/10 without copyright being a big thing otherwise it was random dodgy sites like megaupload
Crazy right? I am 28 and am a fan since 1984.
I like bisping, but that KO from henderson is absolutely terrifying 😮
Out of the two of em, its karmic justice that Dan is the one who ended up slurring speech
@@victors.6439 wut
How could I not click on this 💪🏻🔥
The amount of juice in these highlights is terrifying
Lol new to MMA?
Roids should be mandatory.
@@AngryJT roids are the life blood that flows through all sports
🤣🤣🤣
I love bisping, but that has to still be one of the hardest cleanest punches ever landed in the ufc! Henderson through it like he was trying to detach bispings head from his body 😂
“Silva did not respect his opponent and he paid for it with his consciousness!” Best words to explain such a classic UFC knockout
12 years later and Barboza is still throwing that kick like nothing.
I think Jiri's KO against Reyes was spectacular 💪. It is the best knock out belongs to 2021👌👏.
there's a lot of great knockouts in 2021. Prochazka vs Reyes, Chandler vs Hooker, Usman vs Masvidal 2,.
Yes, of course
Why start at 2008?
@idkmybffjv Just making the point if highlighting ufc fights, kos, subs, etcetera, why not start from beginning? Just seems odd to start from a random year in the middle.
Why not?

Before 2008 there was only chuck
“IT WAS AN ELBOW OH MY GOD!!!!!!”
Easily my favorite reaction
Greasily
The combo of the commentary and ko for Edson and Leon just make them absolutely perfect.
Could have easily thrown Holloway’s KO of Gaetjhe in here for 2024, because no one is topping it
They only fail to show all the previous eye pokes leading up to it.
@@matthillard9363 Max poked Justin twice and Justin poked Max once as well...stfu.
@@matthillard9363why would they should eye pokes on a ko video?
Ilia sleeping max will top it
There are a ton of better KO's in this video than that one, so how do you know that noone is topping it? Hell, the McGregor vs Chandler matchup alone brings great potential for a bigger KO in all regards.
This is the only way Dan Hardy could be a part of a UFC highlight reel.😂
He's a great analyst though at least.
I smell Jorge’s KO from miles away🤯🤯
Yair, Max, and Buckley are all top 3 for sure.
emmett deserved knockout of the year in 2023. as clean of a knockout you'll ever get
So many good KO's, but Leon's KO still gives me chills.
That Edwards finish gets me every time, LOOK AT ME NOW!!!!
Nobody give Yair respect for that crazy elbow ko literally nobody but Yair could do that with his unorthodox style its truly amazing.
He only did that by fucking up The Zombies timing by doing those hand shakes and hugs out of nowhere.
@@IS-bo2po Zombie’s fault for letting his guard down 🤷♂️
Man that started Zombie's decline...if he just coasted his career might be different
good.... cause that KO was nothing but hail marry by yair and absolute negligence by TKZ
yo i forget how good rogan was at calling from 2008 to 2013, great commentary
2020: The Most Stylish KO 17:06
2022: The Greatest KO 19:35
2023: My Favorite 21:23
That Yair elbow is the most spectacular KO in UFC history in my book.
Condit knocking out Hardy who (for people who don't know) was a totally different dude during this era than he is now still gives me goose bumps
Don't let him bully you son! 💪🏽
Bisping near death experience 😵
Barbosa spin kick is like slice in butter, after watch 1000 times it's still unbelievable.
Silva’s knockout was so precise, and then he ran over to his opponent to check on him. That’s a real man
Rogan face at the end 😂😂
This is a treat! Weidman knocking out Silva was historically important but it was the worst knockout that year. Because I hated it :(
Silva basically gave up the knockout by goofing off.
@@shadyganley8877 yeah his antics caught up to him. Still sucked though.
Bro was waving goodbye on his way down from that wheel kick😂
Pretty awesome to see Bisping on both sides of the knockouts .. really shows what a rollercoaster UFC can be
Tough seeing Frankie drop like that
If he dies, he dies
@@boozalm3715 pretty much that
Kevin lee kick to gregor gillespie i miss that😢😮
The best sport in the world, Ive watched since 1995 and never missed an event, what a priledge to watch this warriors.
That Barbosa wheel kick on Etim is a good pick. That might be the only fight ive ever seen where a fighter is knocked out so cold and so stiff that when he falls, his head never hits the mat. Etim was frozen absolutely solid on the way down
Miss the old UFC
"He paid for it with his consciousness"
cheick kongo comeback vs pat berry was great. went from everyone yelling for ref to stop the fight, to everyone saying thank god he didnt stop the fight
6:17 "Do you want to take a chance, and risk getting knOCKED OUT!" 🤣🤣
Was Askren expecting Masvidal to spear him WWE style or something?
Leon's and Izzy's KO's all time great UFC moments
Leon getting a last minute KO in a fight that he was about to lose badly and stopping Usman's reign
And Izzy for KOing his supposed boogeyman to get his belt back in a moment where everyone thought he was close to getting KO'd
We can say that these are the most legendary knockout not the best ones
Izzy's would be if he didn't act like a cringey child afterwards.
Kevin Holland knocking out Jacare Souza with a punch from the ground right after complimenting Souza and saying “I swear I had a dream about this” at the very least deserves an honorable mention! 💯
If it wasn’t for Buckley’s spinning kick, it would’ve made the list for 2020. That was the closest competition for “KO of the Year” I can recall.
The Wideman Anderson fight was the true life " Fuk around and find out" moments lol
Nice video. Good choices. Thanks!
the one where that one dude was mocking the other dude and then failed to slip a punch and got knocked out at 8:30 was pretty crazy. He didn't let it slide!
That Edson Barbosa KO will always be my favorite. So clean.
2:34 "And that one stiffens up his toes" 🤣😂🤣😂
2014 what a ko
masvidal vs askren will go down in history
Is 3 years ago not history
This helps put the Max/Gaethje debate into perspective
Goldie added so much excitement and unpredictability to the commentary. Him and Joe were the perfect duo.
sometimes Goldie doesn't know what he was talking about, but that makes him exciting for all the wrong reasons lol.
The guy that knocked out by Buckley is now a millionaire in PFL lol
Not after taxes and payouts to the rest of the team lol
PFL filled with bums then
Pfl cant even pay the Bellator fighters their pay....
Bet Holloway is the latest one
Wrong
2012 is the best for me, insane spinnin kick
Drinking game: take a shot every time Joe Rogan says "Oh my goodness"
Some of those are important knockouts given their context but not great knockouts on their own
Leon goat
I can appreciate a video that gets straight to the point. 👍🏼
Silva had that knockout coming after playing games.
I would pick Prochazka spinning elbow KO for 2021
13:45 Happiness
Definitively the McGregor KO vs Aldo was a game changing. Marks a before/after in UFC.
Yeah the UFC basically has BC (Before Conor) and AC (After Conor).
The backward and upwards striking elbow (i don't even know what to call it) is still the most amazing method of KO'ing somebody that I have ever seen.
Without watching, I bet the Max Holloway one will be the latest one
Yeah because you didn't see the thumbnail
Well that was disappointing
The year is not done yet so it's gonna be till 2023
2010 Knockout of the year was Shogun vs Machida
2017 ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Ngannou vs Overeem was 100,000× better than the one shown 🤯
4:45 Anderson sets up that front kick on Vitor beautifully. Moves his gaze down to Vitor's feet to throw him off and goes high... One of the best to ever do it!
Reminds me of when Rose knocked out Weili with that left high kick... She wasn't even looking at Weili's head before AND after she connected.
The foot knockouts are always the scariest one to me lmao
