I am 74yrs old and I used to ride a Harley Dyna super glide but I sold it because I was having a hard time handling it, and last year my local Indian dealer got in a scout 60 2021 yr model and I went in to see it and I fell in love with it and bought it that same day. the Bike is low light and nimble and has great power for my kind of riding. also, I am only 5' 5" so this Bike was sent from heaven because I didn't think I would be able to ride anymore. But, now I am still wearing out the tires. and happy as hell :)

My unicorn arrived last Wednesday, picked it up on Thursday and as of last night I had 750+ miles on it. I need to get my 500 mile oil change. My wife fell asleep twice on it. 🥰😍

Congrats Fred! I was honestly a little shocked when I found out my 22 persuit PREMIUM didn't have back lit controls. What a weird thing to cheap out on. I also thought the premium should have come with the adaptive headlight.
I looked up the back lit controls.. sooo expensive!! The head light tho!! Worth it!!

What a charming girl...Amanda is pretty charming too. When I first saw the Pursuit on your channel I said, "Harley is in trouble". I stand by it. Dealer ordering all these Pursuits says something. Next gen buyers don't want dumb downed tech for the sake of retro. Think we'll see a brand shift just as RG sales are eclipsing SG sales. SG to RG? Nope...SG to CH/PurSuiT...BAM! BTW I rode through WI and MN and met some of the nicest, down-to-earth people ever.
I will say I believe the wave Indian Motorcycle is making is GREAT!! im happy to be riding it!! Love the motorcycle life style and the Brand!!

I don't know about unicorn but that's a sharp bike! I hope their paint is getting better. This is where I feel HD beats Indian every time. Probably the only aspect I feel that way about but I do.
I do think they have made huge steps with the 2022s motorcycles! you don't?
@@Ridingfish I'm about an hour away from the nearest dealer and I haven't seen any in person. I like the paint schemes but haven't seen the paint in person. And honestly I feel like it's the same stuff they were doing with Victory. Like the Magnum and Cross bikes.
HD definitely does paint very well! Indian is pretty solid but not very competitive in that area as HD offers a broader array of colors. Indian's Elite and Icon models both have a bit more premium paint with the Elite being the top line for Indian... I love my Indians but agree that HD offers more impressive paint jobs for now, hope Indian continues to expand this area as it gains market presence.

@@Ridingfish Not come with it but swapped it from my 2020 Challenger Ltd Trade-in as part of deal. Mine has over 750 on her now, just did the 1st svc, Rhinehart exhaust, Indian stage 2 breather, Custom Dynamics saddle bag lights and added black toe pegs.

Congrats. I didn’t realize at first you were getting the bike. I had the silver quartz DH premium ordered since early March and kept getting pushed back. I happen to see one posted at a dealer and called. The guy who ordered had just backed out of the deal and I was the first lucky one to call on it. 3 days later I picked it up. Matte black DH premium. I actually am glad I got the black instead. This bike is an absolute joy to ride and looks amazing. Comment’s everywhere I go. Look forward to meeting you in Durango next year. Ride safe brother.

Yes Adaptive headlight is a must.
Got my wife to buy it as a Xmas present because I said it was a "safety" item. But a suggestion, I have the Indian product, but head to head, it does not work as well as J.W. Speaker's. Knowing what I know now I would've opted for the latter. Upgrades will come in time as I'm sure you're going to do everything that you had done to the Challenger, you will do to this Pursuit. Maybe some of the choices will change, maybe not ? But as long as you enjoy the choices, the hell with opinions ! I'll keep watching to see what you come up with & what Amanda will sell you ! (LOL !)

They look good, but the auxiliary lights are barely noticeable as far as how much light they ADD to the road. Then again I might just be spoiled with Clearwater. But I’m adding the Clearwater Darla’s (off of her FLHX that she traded in on the Pursuit) to The Mrs. 22 Pursuit Limited as I watch this video. I’ll send you pics when I’m done

Been waiting on mine since they unveiled the pursuit back in February! Now that they are rolling this color out I hope I get mine soon! Just sucks I spent my summer in the cage trying to keep my miles low on my challenger which is hard when I typically ride 16k miles a year
I understand you!! That was a hard choice to either kill the miles or save for trade in.. I killed the miles myself!! But that just means when you get yours you should get 25k at least!! Haha fingers crossed it.comes soon!!
Quick question for you. I don’t know if you followed your order tracker, but did yours go from an estimated ship date to TBD just before the actual ship date was put out??
Earlier I was planning pursuit in red metallic color but now want Pearl White/Black Metallic after seeing the video.

I wanted one, will not get it till they put reverse on them. It’s a crime on a bike like this to skip it. I own 2020 Honda Goldwing DCT Tour. The electric walk forward / reverse is so wonderful. Pc of cake to move around in tight places. I don’t understand these bike companies. Even on HD it’s available on some and it’s a kit. WHY?????????. I had the chance to see mine being build at the dealer and it was wonderful. One mechanic was so close to hit the rear case, the head mechanic almost killed him.
