I have owned a couple of unit franchises....the number one problem (that leads to other problems) is the low bidding. It leads to most of the other problems. They are great for learning the business though. Im getting back in the games on my own this time around.
    Much success to you.

If anyone is from Northern CA (Greater Sacramento), we have contracts available. We are not a franchise, we are better because we allow you to take more profits. Our fees are flat and straight forward. Each contract is 3.5 x monthly cost with ONLY 15% admin fee. We also help you get your own insurance if you don't have one so you don't pay those crazy 10% insurance. Your insurance is a one time payment for the whole year no matter how many contracts you want. We only servicing Norther CA for now.

Next Thursday I'm having my appointment to get more information about Jan pros I've been in the janitorial business commercial cleaning for 7 years and I think it's time I do my own thing not profiting off this company that I'm working for but I was wondering if you could just go into more details about the process

Just remember 120 days whatever contract you declined with 120 days that impacts what they have to get you each month just remember that so if you declined a $500 contract and they have to get you $1000 A month now all they have to get you is $500 a month because you declined $500 contract they offered you with in 120 days

Do you feel Jan-Pro is teaching you practical business skills in the cleaning industry, also are you part time or full time? Thanks for sharing your journey

Not really but they do have classes that just started back up and I will be signing up to learn more about the financial side of the contracts.

Hello, i just subscribed to your channel. I went to the Jan pro first interview 2 days ago and their lowest plan is the FP-8 which they want to charge me $4800 one time payment and they guarantee $666.67 per month contract (8000 per year). They also told me that I have to pay $1000 for my cleaning supplies. so for me to start this i have to pay a total amount of $5800. I'm located in Colorado. i have check other people on youtube and you guys started with around $2500-2600 with cleaning supplies included in your package. I wonder if i can get jan pro lower the amount they are asking me to start. Any feedback?

It seems like every franchise is different because the janpro franchise I'm buying into the lowest investment is 2500 also I was toldnif I find my own accounts that's 100% mime I'd just have to have separate insurance for my accounts outside of janpro

Also they don't require me to buy equipment from them

I literally started with JanPro for $0 with my own equipment

I hear they offer the least to get the account and then sometimes you end up not being worth it
