I did some poking around and I think the humming in deathloop is a misplaced cube containing Julianna and the other colt you meet in the final cutscene in that first area, it’s just that the devs placed it a little too close to the area in bounds so you can still hear her humming
How do you rewind on your video reaction's (not by left arrow button the one when you slowly go back)? If you don't understand what I'm talking about watch the ice age trailer video you made where you wanted to go back to see the dinosaur
