Love the Kubota tractors! One of my brothers has owned two and a nephew has one now. That should last you for years to come. Hoping to own one myself someday.

Nice tractor brother! I am like you with the older Ford tractors. I have an ‘83 3600 that is my workhorse and a ‘58 841 Powermaster that does some light duty work. The 841 is fully restored and more of a show tractor than a work tractor. I have considered selling both and buying a modern tractor, but just haven’t talked myself into it yet.

I appreciate it. Im really liking it. Hard to beat them fords. They are true work horses. I had a couple of farmalls that we did light use with but they was restored like your 841. I kicked it around for a couple of years and decided to bite the bullet and sell the others. Now the kubota is all I have. Hoping to get many years use out of it

I have a Kubota L4701DT like yours. Going on my third year. I also like the tractor. There are some things I wish were better. I think the loader frames are built too light. I think they need thicker steel and a heavier torque tube. I wish the stick transmission had another lower gear, the lowest gear is a little fast for tiller work. I wish the tractor was heavier on the rear axles. I had to put on the maximum number of wheel weights and have my rear tires filled with Rim Guard. After that the tractor has a much more stable feel, and I can pull a 2x18 Ferguson mold board plow in two wheel drive after adding the weight. I like that pretty much everything is steel rather than plastic.

Awesome tractor! I've actually been looking for a good used one myself to do food plots and work around the house. I Like kubota...I had a 24 hp kubota when I had my landscaping business. It was compact enough to get in tight places, but man was it strong. I think you picked a good size for what you need to do
On a side note....I saw you had a finger bandaged on your right hand. What in the world have you done now lol. Maybe the family should consider tying your hands down to your side so you won't get into anything else.
You did great, love the tractor

Man I’m loving this tractor so far. I have had some older fords that has been work horses for me. The 2n had some vapor locking problems and some transmission issues.
My uncles are rough on there kubota tractors, well I guess I am too. Lol.
Well on the finger. I actually sliced it open on the Hobart slicer while I was processing a deer. Ended up with 10 stitches in my finger. lol. Kim said you are right she’s gonna time my hands to my side. 🤣
Thank you brother. I’m really loving it.
