TOUGH WINDS - IFR Training - Diamond DA40NG - EYZ

Challenging flight today, winds were blowing us around like a rag doll, but managed a productive session with hand flying under the hood, unusual attitudes, setting up a hold at present position and then shooting an RNAV...as always, great fun, and lots of learning....hope you enjoy the ride.....and Thanks for watching......EYZ

Great video, do you find having the plane is a practical way to travel or is it just more fun?

Thanks for the comment....honestly, it is the most fun way to travel......perhaps not always the most practical, but incredibly fun, and the sense of adventure is irreplaceable!
