Man...I hear Tom T Hall music & I swear it takes me back to the early 70s in Houston Co Alabama. I can close my eyes & see me & my dad riding around in Houston Co Alabama in his old 1972 white Chevy C/10 LWB pickup truck, 3spd on the column, no a/c, no p/s, an old 8-track player playing SOLID GOLD COUNTRY MUSIC, both windows rolled down, & me & my dad riding down some old back COUNTRY Dirt road. Great memories & reminiscing tears. I sure do miss my dad. Much love from Mobile Alabama.
There are some of the greatest of all times here on this stage Tom T. singing and the fellow with the 5-string that he calls on to play the break makes the crowd take notice GO GET'EM RAYMOND and he did!!! My favorite banjo picker of all times.
Ol Raymond just rips into it😂 no hesitation no expression just pure banjo power😂
Miss you, Raymond the best Banjo player in the world.
If you have Raymond Fairchild,Mac Wiseman and Tom T Hall onstage at the same time..you can't get much better than that..

Tom ,Raymond knew about any bluegrass if he didn’t he likely could still play it ! The best I’ve ever heard on a 5 string !
I listened to WMOR in Morehead in the 1960's and '70s. They were heavy on Tom T.

Who is on fiddle?
I'm not sure. I know that's Jesse McReynolds on mandolin and I'm about 90% sure that's Mike Auldridge on dobro.
