i would literally told him ki *bahen ke loude teri naukari ke liye maine 4 saal degree or 2 saal ka mtech main ghasi tab jaake mili yeh naukari , or woh mera dost tabse hai jab class 6th ki unit test main mujhe maths main *Grace marks aate thae* , my friend never feel ashamed to be with me *even at my low point* whereas you ( boss/firm) would cut all the ties with me *even if i had one bad quarter* , or maybe try to me degrade me in-front of other colleagues to set an example ( reward of incompetency ) So i would think about all of this to tell him ( in my head )
Well my boss said u r the most irrisponsibl person i have ever seen so we are firing u.. I smiled and said as your wish..

This pertains to a much more important issue than what Navin was talking about. Navin's dialogue delivery was better, but to be fair, engineering students waste almost all of their time and barely get any studies done. The system is to be blamed, but so are the students.
But in a corporate office, workers give all of their time to their company and ruin their personal/social life.
I inspired from TVF pitcher 4 years before and it became one of the trigger to left my job for the startup. Hope so someone will inspire from your series and will take a step

I have been through all of these. The system in the corporate is so corrupt, I wish there could be some law or some form of empowerment that can help corporate workers from such kind of harrasment.I literally had to leave my job and it's been months that I have found a new one..Yes it is very difficult for me to survive without a job right now but I do not regret a bit leaving it...Atleast mentally I am at peace now ...
The only way is to make the government realise that they need to strengthen the labour laws in India
