I worked at the Las Vegas Hilton in 1971, and got to hear Elvis every night. Working there all day and part of the night was like being in an Elvis Presley movie. I'd be setting a table and over the intercom would be: "Vernon Presley: Telephone." I had fun doing things like asking the pianist during the day to play Elvis tunes to add to the excitement. I would be eating in the commissary and I would see about six guys dressed like the Jetsons with walkie-talkies come down the hall past a bunch of windows checking to make sure all the doors were locked, and then they'd leave and in a few minutes would return escorting Elvis to the stage making a circle around him. Elvis would smile and wave and I would do the same right back. He was very fit and thin then. Imagine doing your job with Elvis singing live: "Well it's one for the money, two for the show---" in the background.

Wow Jordan. So many you tubers and others have requested an interview with Angie but it wasn’t approved. Leave it to you to pull this off! Fantastic❣️⚡️❣️⚡️❣️
@Billy Reed Elvis used to keep these ppl around him, like a rapper does called their posse, they all had tcb necklaces, rings with that motto, and they were called tbe "Memphis mafia" they did everything for Elvis, as he so many ppl wanted to get near him, those ppl were bodyguards to runners to get him biscuits while out, he was very generous and would buy them cars, houses, their family things, all kinds of stuff, really interesting
That's not the real reason he shot the tv out about Robert Goulet. When Elvis went to the army Goulet was doing something with his girl a show or something And Goulet told Elvis dont worry about your girl.I willtake care of her while you're gone.Something to that effect.Marty Lacker said that.
Wow who knew about that TV ! And the Mohammed Ali stories.. way cool about Mike Douglas Show and Elvis's phone call.. totally sounds like Elvis! Your vlog is great! She went above board to explain some cool details about Him. I met Elvis at Market Basket with his Cadillac truck he had special made, I was 11 at the time, he showed me the car let me sit in the front seat ! I thought he was the coolest guy. The bed of the truck was a stainless steel diamond t pattern.

Thanks so much for the wonderful interview Jordan. Thank you very much to Angie for taking the time to talk with you. I really enjoyed it. Big Jordan the Lion and Elvis fan from London England.
I Have been to Graceland several times. Our first time was 1986 there was gold leafed piano in the room to right of the living room and the guide old us Pricilla had it done for Elvis. I do not remember the occasion she gave it to him. Is it ever on display now.
This was a really great interview, you are a real natural and asked some great questions that only an elvis fan would think of asking. Well done and thank you, thank you very much.
Jordan you knocked this vlog out of the park. What a wonderful interview with Angie. It is so nice to see the two of you so excited about Elvis and loving all the artifacts.
Angie was awesome! Fascinating to see how she ended up getting that gig and is so trusted in caring for Elvis' things! I should have sent in a question about the Beatles and his time with them if there was any moments or photos of them all together. Thanks Jordan for an amazing vlog and for the level of integrity and respect you give to all of the stories you tell.
Hi Jordan, well, Angie really has done an AMAZING job with all Elvis's belongings, and what a lovely lady she is aswell. I could listen to her talk for hours. I love how absolutely every item has a story to be told. Great vlog Jordan.

awesome video as usual . I am so sad that i cant be at Elvis week this year because of travel restrictions because of Covid-19 .This would of been my 10th year and i am gutted :( I am praying that everyone stays safe and pray things get a lot better by next year for my next trip to the USA .Praying for the whole world right now !!!
Benjamin Keogh, Elvis' late grandson, owned the peacock suit. He bought it from a collector in 2015. He posted a pic of it on social media and said it brought him closer to his grandfather. Listening to her comment on her knowing who has it now as in a she, makes me think she's referring to Lisa or Ben's girlfriend, Diana Pinto who was with him from 2017 up to his death. I hope it soon goes on display at Graceland. My understanding it has never before been at Graceland.
That was incredible ;)) Thank you so so much xxx I have been an Elvis fan since I was 3 yrs old, since 16th August 1977. i discovered him, fell in love with him and his music and cried so hard because he was gone, all on that day. But I have carried on his spirit through my musical life, he is my hero, he is the best xx and it would be wonderful to visit Graceland one day, and I did for a short while today , thank you for making my dream come true . So very much love to you both xxxx
I really enjoyed this so much! I went to Graceland on a bus tour with my Mama and my Grandma back in 1991 I believe and it was an incredible experience for a young girl. I was 12 or 13 at the time, and it fostered a lifelong love of all things Elvis. I really want to take my daughter some day because I know that things have changed dramatically in the area around Graceland since then. Fun fact; when we toured it our tour guide told us that Elvis had an Aunt who was still living in the house when we were there, that was really fascinating to me at the time. To have a relative still living there really blew my mind. I still have a bumper sticker that I bought at one of the gift shops while we were there, I also have a picture of the three of us standing in front of Graceland. Thank you for sharing so many cool experiences with us!
Fantastic interview! A big thanks to Angie for being available and sharing. I was expecting more ghost stories since Elvis' family members experienced things. Surprised to hear Angie opens Graceland.
Hiya pal, just discovered your channel recently and I’ve gotta say it’s fantastic and you are such a true gentleman. I live on the east coast of the UK and you are my eyes to places in the USA I’ll unfortunately never see for myself and your content is so variable. I never thought I’d be interested in Graceland, now I’d love to visit. If I ever had a lottery win you’d be the first person I’d contact for a personal tour of your great country. You’re a credit to both yourself and what you do and I wish you nothing but future success 👍👍🏴🇺🇸 one last thing though, can you please explain the name of your channel cos I’m really baffled and don’t know the best way to address you...is it Daze 🤔 Jordan 🤔🤔 or lion 🤔🤔🤔 and whits yer lovely wee dug called 🧐 take care pal and congratulations on a wonderful channel 👍👍👏👏
So glad to see that Elvis’ treasures are in such good hands. This interview was so informative and fun and respectful toward Elvis...with some tongue-in-cheek mischief thrown in!

Much appreciate your excellent coverage and the evident excitement that comes through in the questions asked on subject matter, particularly “The King”! You are genuine and consistent as usual! This was top notch! Many thanks!!!

I heard it somehow got donated to a church in the Memphis area. It might be on the internet somewhere. Hope that helps.

Can't wait, this vlog will definitely be in my top 10. And as always Jordan you hit it out the park again. 😁
Congratulations Angie ❤️
So very much love to you both xxxx
interesting, i was also 5 when Elvis passed away and i clearly remember Claudia Barr announcing it on the evening news. (WHBQ 13)
Thank you for sharing so many cool experiences with us!
she such an amazing lady and our special behind the scenes tour she gave us was was so memorable.
You knocked it out of the park with this vlog.
Angie's knowledge and enthusiasm is AWESOME! Loved her stories and good-natured demeanor. You asked her some GREAT questions, Jordan. I will probably never get to see Graceland in person...so THANK YOU for this splendid vlog!!!
Excellent video. Thank you for sharing!
This is one of the most enjoyable interviews that I have seen you do! Thank you so much for everything that you do! You are one gifted person!
Once again, only through Jordan the lion I get to see amazing things about amazing people. I don't how you did it but you pulled a KING of an interview. Jordan, you're the MAN. Stay safe my friend, stay safe every one, wear a mask, we're in this together. Much love from Jacksonville Fla.

OMG that was an amazing interview!I have never seen Angie so relaxed or answer questions so informally.Plus Jordan asked simply great questions! Usually Angie is very formal pointing at some item and talking about it. it was such a pleasure hearing her in an actual conversation about Elvis and his items . Love love loved it!!!!
