In regards to noise limits, there's a few Trackdays throughout the year which are Unsilenced. One of which is RMA Trackdays at Donington Park on 27/04/23, nice and local to Brum 😎
You should get this on carwow and have a epic drag race would love to see Matt face watching you leave him behind. Plus would definitely win the sound check. That car is just epic

Oh dear. I came here from Car Wow and got hit in the face with a Hoonigan car on same day that Ken died. I'm not gonna lie. I got a bit damp around the eyes seeing this. It's like when we heard that Princess Di had died. It somehow didn't compute. Ken Block was too skilled, and too indestructible to get himself killed. We are are all going to wake up tomorrow and find it was all a mistake and that Ken is still with us.
We wish I still can't beleave it either always happens to the best 😔😔

We have a noise limit of 105db(A). The noise reading is measured statically at 0.5 metres at 3/4 revs. Not sure if the car meets that restriction or not.
Anderson connector for the battery and staubli dry break coupling for the fuel.

Turweston Airfield is used by lots of teams to shakedown cars (F1, Historics, GT's etc.. ) before events. No noise limit as far as I am aware.

The gray plug is actually a truck industry part, it can be used to plug in and operate tail lift, ( loading equipment )
Also if you go to a truck parts supplier you can buy a battery jump starter pack with the same plug type,
Not sure of the price prob a few hundred quid, but it's going to be a one off purchase,
The fuel rig fittings are called (dry brakes ) again used on hydraulic hoses for trucks and farm machinery and adapted for motorsport,

In the yorshire dales there is a tank drack that people go up to do daft things in there cars, its a huge asphalt pad they used for tank training and firing practice

OMFG!!! That cars the real deal Mark... It's a total one of a kind factory works ride. Let's face it one could say it's the original hoonicorn/rally rod. That thing launches like it's out of a cannon. You just loved my dream for me cuz that's as close as I'm getting.lol I can only imagine how much you paid. It has to be more than the SVJ. It's like a flippin space ship. I can only imagine the build cost in labour and materials. Again just Stellar. Also come to Canada we can rip that car in so many places. I'm in British Columbia on the west coast and there's anything from 2lane gravel roads up and down mountains to dirt oval flat tracks to anything you can imagine. Space and sound isn't an issue. Hi Mark love your channel and all you do. I work at M-sport in the shell shop at Dovenby Hall and we have a race track as you probably already know with having a R5. Have you asked Malcolm Wilson or Rich Miliner if there's a chance to take it on there and our mechanics will sure help??? @Mark McCann the chassis number of the car should be on the main hoop which is the centre part of the cage running down to the floor pan behind your seats, Normally the tag we weld into position to indentify what chassis number is there on the passenger side at the bottom on a silver plate. Hope that helps and I'm sure Malcolm or Rich and the lads there will know who you are and obviously the car. Get stuck let me know and lll ask one of the lads for you.
