You don't have to open it back up. I can tell you that 10 coils of K25 will get you a 126 fps average. With that extra spring load the prime is very smooth and not all that heavy. One trick thing I did with the foregrip was to do a little bit of cutting on the inside and put it on backwards. Now I've got plenty to grab onto, not only when I prime back, but when I push forward also. This significantly changed the speed as well as the comfort of my priming and firing. One thing I notice you did is essential to re-assembling this blaster. The plunger and catch do need to be primed before trying to close the shell. If there is any pre-compression it will bow up the internals and make it very difficult to close the shell. These Accu-Rival blasters are very accurate and I enjoyed watching you hit shot after shot so consistently. Very interesting video, Thank You Cap! Take care!

I love the sights on the pathfinder. Total gimmick, but definitely tacticool and fun, plus, I much prefer magazine fed blasters to internal mags. More fun and engaging.
I've been getting really good results from the Dart Zone Ballistix Ops rounds. They have a really consistent medium density, good for flywheels and springers, and at least as accurate as the AccuRival rounds.
Always nice to see a new 'can it take a k26'. Together with the comedy collabs this is my favorite type of vid. Was there a can it take a k26 with the xshot crusher yet? Would be nice to gatling hose players on the other end of the field with that 1000 round chain. If the prime gets too hard, lengthening that handle doesn't look too hard to do to compensate for that
With k25 in my pathfinder, one of the clips on the catch broke off so I had to reinforce it. Then the little guide clips on the plunger tube broke off and the blaster doesn't function properly now. I haven't come up with a fix/solution yet. So mod your pathfinder at your own risk. It might not hold up forever.
So I decided to get a Vision because it looked like an updated version of the Cronos system however when I tried using the springs I got from Ace hardware that fit no problem in my Takedown, they would not fit in the cap as well in the Vision. Which also means doubling up springs is also going to be just about undoable. On a side note: Someone should finally make the Cronos system into a functional Turok Evolution style Quad Shotgun.
I’m curious, as I struggle to think of a reason why “Accustrike” rival might be more accurate than regular rival, is it just possible that since they’re newer, fresher rounds they’re not potentially worn out or slightly damaged from previous use? I would be interested to see a comparison using one of these blasters between fresh Accustrike ammo, and fresh regular Rival.
I quite like the design of Vision. 95fps stock on test sample. good for large hands. luger inspired grip is a laugh. Priming handle feels a little flimsy but i'm sure it'll be fine. Modded Kronos is more svelte though the Vision has a larger grip and looks more toylike. Feels more solid than later manufacture Kronos.

I have about 100mm of k25 in my pathfinder and chrono around a 115 average on my caldwell ballistics chrono. I don't think I get any shots over 120.
