Wow! Thank you!! great presentation boss ❤
Thank you for watching!!
Loads of good information really appreciate your time making this video. Definitely looking into Eco Water.
Thank you so much! That is wonderful to hear you are looking into eco water. Clean Water is Life!!
How does it compare to a Nuvia water Pro?
I’ve been shopping the professional companies and there is one comparison I can’t figure out. Culligan, Rainsoft and Kinetico have separate filter tanks with catalytic carbon that provides longer lifespan. Ecowater appears to have only a small potion of carbon on top of the resin bed. It looks like the ERRC3702 has a 34,000 gallon effective life on the carbon. Wouldn’t that need to be replaced? What am I missing? FYI, I’m in TX and use about 13,000 gallons of treated water per month.
Biggest thing you’re missing is EcoWater has a LIFETIME media warranty. Basically, if the carbon and resin needs replaced on that unit EcoWater pays for it instead of you. Culligan, Rainsoft and Kinetico won’t offer you that!
Chuck-in-the-truck. I laugh every time you say that.
Haha! So does my daughter who works with me.
I know your company is in Illinois I live in North Carolina what’s the best place for me to get your type of product for my home?
Click this link and fill out a request form, if there is a dealer in your area they will reach out to you. www.costco.com/ecowater-water-treatment-systems.html If you don't have any luck contact us at 847-382-7800!
Is this a regional thing? I’m in TN and I’ve never seen them in store, or found them on the website
Hi megan, there is just not an Eco water dealer close to the Costco you are visiting. You may try to reach out to Costco direct or costco.com and fill out the request form, there they should be able to tell you if their is a dealer who could come out and service you.
One detail you mentioned 10 year warranties being a big deal, but the other side of that is it seems 8-10 years is the general consensus on when you’re going to need a new tank anyway. So buying something like an aquasure water softener that is gonna go out in 8 years wether it’s got a 8 or 10 year warranty or not what’s the difference
I’m confused by your statement that 8 to 10 years is the general consensus. I’m not familiar with any general consensus on this. Thank you for your comment.
Love your informative videos. Have a Costco dealer coming next week for an estimate! We are on a private well with zero filtration. Looking forward to clean water! Afraid to hear the price...lol
Good luck! Thats exciting. There is no price you can put on good health or good water!
So I can purchase the system you have from Costco’s what kind of salt is recommended?
Solar Salt is recommended!
Dang I was thinking of buying a big box softner for $900, and stopping my Kinetico rental b it never mind lol I’ll keep renting it until I can afford to purchase around income tax season geez dude 😂
Costco has no control they’re actually having some local company come out and basically rip you off. Got a quote about a month ago and the pushy sales rep pissed me off. Wish I can get my hands on the softener and install myself.
Yikes, Im sorry you had that experience with that sales rep. I hope they are not located here in Chicago or Southeast Florida because those would be our employees and they have never been trained to talk to a customer like that. You can reach out to the company owner and see if you can get anywhere with them.. most of the owners I have met that are partnered with Costco and Ecowater are dedicated to doing a great job. In my business sometimes I have had employees who needed extra help and this kind of comment can help get them there. Good luck and if you need any other help contact me!
@@AngelWater No I’m located in the Austin area. I appreciate your response and willingness to help. I do have a question about my water sample taken it wasn’t clear. If it took 15 drops for the color to be in normal range what’s the hardness? I’ve been looking at an older model ecowater series2750r just wanted to make sure it can handle my water?
I have small home 1200 sq
@@Martin-wh3vp Thats 15 GPG. The 2750 will work perfectly.. I think you will be really happy with it. Let me know if you need anything else.
@@AngelWater Awesome, thank you 😊
@@AngelWater Good afternoon, I have a question about maintenance for the 2750 series? I purchased from a none dealer and would like to like it to last as long as possible.
So I just had the ecowater consultation and quoted me $6k for the filter. Is that a good deal?
I’m not sure which filter you were speaking in regards to and I’m not sure how much plumbing is involved to install the filter into your home. A whole home water filter system around $6000 seems about right, but if you want to provide me the model numbe and any plumbing information I can be more specific. Also, plumber labor in Chicago is a lot more expensive than plumber labor in Arkansas. So I do need to get your location as well.
That is scam!
Can you use this product for well water
Yes you can.
What about sticker companies that's offer lifetime warranty on resin? Matrixx looks to have lifetime warranty on resin
Would you rather trust the Lifetime warranty of EcoWater who’s the worlds largest manufacturer(Costco partner) or some company offering a generic product that you hope will be around to honor the lifetime warranty?
@@corbinknedler6559 I mean the sticker companies use standard parts so it's super easy to find replacements, eco water you have to go through them to get anything
I had a very bad customer service experience with them. I trusted costco's name and wanted to instal eco water but the rep who came had so much arrogance and it was such a bad experience I would never go with Eco water
I just had them come out last week. They were in the range between five and eight thousand to install a water softening system its some gimmick about they’re gonna give you $5000 worth of soap and blah blah blah blah blah and all this baloney 5000 and $8000 depending on what package they only offer one model 3700 unit you can’t get any of the other models it’s a joke. Costco has no control over the pricing of the private contractor to supply the install and the equipment. It’s a joke. I could pay your company to come to my residence in Missouri stay at a hotel three nights install all the equipment and it would probably still be cheaper than the company that was working with Costco so how do I get in touch with you to do something like that and give me an estimate I’m in Ava Missouri.
For $5000 I could replace my wash machine my dishwasher and my hot water heater twice in 10 years for potentially what they’re asking to install the system so what’s the purpose of it to save a little detergent just use less detergent .
Regarding your visit with the Costco vendor. I believe you met with Moore Water Treatment out of Missouri. I know the owner very well. I feel like you might have success by speaking with Matt Moore directly. I promise you they are amazing people, and you will find tremendous value with their company. Call and ask for Matt at 316-858-6187.
Thank you for subscribing to our TH-cam channel and we hope you get in touch with Matt.
We just signed up for EcoWater, but yes this free soap did not sell it to me specially that I am being specific on soap that Ive been using now.
That judge is a fool. The distributor could sue the Chinese company or not use them anymore. So they have no liability for what they sell to you??
John I agree. The distributor said they cannot sue. Only if they hired a company in China. No they dont have that kind of resource. Remember the distributor or OEM has no desire to spend thousands of dollars chasing the Chinese.
