An away draw at Middlesbrough, gutted we couldn't get the win today but a point away at one of the better sides is a decent result. Really happy for Saydee in getting his brace, PUP. 🔹️🔷️🔵💙

One hell of a tough league this Championship isn’t it! I think we’ve done bloody well to remain unbeaten. Once we find our feet & all the new signing start to gel, I can see us having a really decent season. I think we’d all agree our priority for this season is to simply remain in this league. We have MORE than enough to do that.
Of course we struggled, our first 3 games were all against teams who will challenge for promotion.
That we got _anything_ from these games is impressive, far less that we're unbeaten, and could have easily won 2 of those games if not for last minute equalisers.
The games against mid and lower table teams will be what defines our season. The fact we've done so well against the top teams bodes well. PUP!
It's our first Championship season in over a decade, so there's lots to improve on, but 3 points in three games is fair and hopefully we will continue to move in the right direction
John's going to win the World Cup with England one day. Hopefully he'll win the Champions League with Pompey before he does

I think we still have lots to improve on we don’t look very dangerous and are struggling to keep hold of the ball or just giving it away too easily but I’m happy we have 3 points already that’s 3 points more than I thought we would have at this point. We did get 2 lucky goals from boro making silly mistakes.
All been said. This is a major step up from Lg 1 and getting 3 points against the stronger teams is a good start. But we have had a bit of luck and that won't always be the case. First objective stay in the Championship....
It's a weird one, being slap bang in the middle of the table but having played well in three tough games and still unbeaten.
Stand alone result,great. The problem is we can't draw every game and expect to stay in the Championship. New players coming in over this and next week so it's not gloom and doom.
My assessment is so far,so good.
Even if we had lost all 3 matches against Leeds, Luton and Middlesbrough, games like this won’t define are season, when we play the lesser sides that we should win against that is what will define us.
Stats don't lie, my beloved Boro deserved the win but that's football and you don't always get what you deserve you get what you earn, and having nearly 30 shots doesn't mean a thing unless the ball hits the back of the net, same with Derby, we dominated the game, was attack after attack and still we didn't get 3 points, not even 1 points of Derby,

Learn to score goals
Those stats suggested we were lucky to come away with a point, but this bluec lub 1:32 absolutely quality. We played with heart and almost got the 3 points.
