This masala dosa looks a bit Andhra style as he puts in and spreads a hot chutney before putting in the potato curry and then adds a bit of fresh vegetables - maybe a Sri Lanka influence... the dosa is more dark-crispy and then he cuts it in half - easier to handle or load on a container/plate. Interesting! Different from what us Keralites or Tamilians make. 😀😊❤
