You made me want to go out and eat dosa😂 m from India and i love South Indian food . South Indian food is all vegan and is suitable for all people who eat gluten or not .
People are complaining about his eating skills, but I'm an Indian n I think he's eating just right, the way he ate is something i do whenever i get to eat dosa (my absolute favourite dish).
An Idly, or Dosa with sambar and 5 or more different chutney with medhu vada in a good hotel is a heaven as a Vegan. I couldn't live without these Idly, Dosa and poori. My day won't finish without eating this as a South Indian.
its supposed to be eated with breaking the bread just like naan and the ndipped in chatnies and then sambar with an additional spoon(modern reproduced culture mix he he) with an addition of pav to samosa is a great tinge and twist to it 4:39 both are taken simultaniously if the sambas is present with dosa and the chatni hehe if left.......then drunk entirely
My favorite is Pesarattu or Pesara dosa - that is from Andhra in South India - it is the best Dosa. Sadly it is not as popular than the others that most establishments have
I visted New York this summer for few days only to visit family and do sightseeing. On my last day I made the biggest mistake of going to get a dosa from this man. At first I was told that I was the last person. Then they kept letting more people in. I wasted 5 hours, I repeat 5 hours! to get 1 low quality dosa! 5 hours for 1 dry dosa! He catered more and spent time talking to the last group of 10 people than to me who really was to be the last person. I found him to be unpleasant and the dosa was terrible - no sambar or chutney or tea. All gone. What makes me mad is my own stupidity that the 5 hours I wasted standing in line in the sun for the terrible food - I couldn't spend doing something fun! Also if you are from a city like Toronto like I am - do yourself a favour and buy dosas from the 100 restaurants that sell them than wasting your time here. You'll thank me for this tip. Every time I think about this experience, it actually upsets me. Don't go here!
How to Eat South Indian Dosa:- you should not Bite it instead you should take a Piece of Dosa and Dip it to the Sambar and Coconut Chutney then Put the Dosa to your Mouth..it's the Combination of Dosa Chutney and Sambar...👍😁😄

You ate this dosa not quite like a pizza, but more like a taco, burrito or burger! 😂😅 Was partly stressful to watch, and partly super cute too!🤷🤦☺️😂😘 Hope next time you eat a dosa, you will know how the coconut chutney, sambar and dosa all go together! But if not, it's ok too, enjoy it the way you did, after all that natters is that you enjoyed it all! ☺️🤗👌💞 Some days when I am on the go or when other factors are present that could be health harming, I do skip the sambar or chutney too, especially if the water used to prepare /cook them weren't clean, hygenic or pollution free. That dosa looked so delicious! 😋👌 Glad to see people in NY line up for street food dosa, just like in Indian cities. Thanks for watching! I appreciate it!
I love the hustley bustly rejuvenating morning aura.❤❤
It's a busy place!
M from south India. This is mostly our daily breakfast.. nice to see these foods being enjoyed by people around the world!! And yes.. dosas are perfectly healthy and you have em every single day!
Thank you for watching!
You made me want to go out and eat dosa😂 m from India and i love South Indian food . South Indian food is all vegan and is suitable for all people who eat gluten or not .
Nice! South Indian food is great!
People are complaining about his eating skills, but I'm an Indian n I think he's eating just right, the way he ate is something i do whenever i get to eat dosa (my absolute favourite dish).
Thank you!
An Idly, or Dosa with sambar and 5 or more different chutney with medhu vada in a good hotel is a heaven as a Vegan. I couldn't live without these Idly, Dosa and poori. My day won't finish without eating this as a South Indian.
Nice! That's great food!
its supposed to be eated with breaking the bread just like naan and the ndipped in chatnies and then sambar with an additional spoon(modern reproduced culture mix he he) with an addition of pav to samosa is a great tinge and twist to it
4:39 both are taken simultaniously if the sambas is present with dosa and the chatni hehe if left.......then drunk entirely
Yes, thank you!
He’s eating it like a burrito 😭😭
It still tasted good!
nice vlog and dosa look amazing . 1 correction sambhar is drink after bite of dosa or you can dip into it and take bite.
Thank you! I'll try that next time with the sambhar!
The way you ate the dosa was so cute. Keep up the good work!!
Haha! Thanks!
Thank you for the video James, Dosae is really everyone's fav. Have it and eat it ANY way you like.
Thank you!
My favorite is Pesarattu or Pesara dosa - that is from Andhra in South India - it is the best Dosa. Sadly it is not as popular than the others that most establishments have
I would like to try that dosa sometime.
Pesarattu goes very well with upma.
@@Aratiii06 Thanks for the recommendation!
Absolutely! Thank you for the tip!
You should try idli, it's made with fermented batter which has good bacteria. It's light and fluffy. We get similar masala dosa for 1 dollar here in India.
Thank you for the recommendation!
Well done. Good to see you enjoy dosa. Its a good snack . I was in mysuru for 2 months in 2023. Ate dosa every day. But other food options are not easy to find in mysuru. NY has lot of food joints 😮
It was an excellent dosa! Indeed, there's lots of great food in NYC.
10$ for a dosa??that’s insane..we get it for under a dollar in India!
NYC can be pretty costly.
for that price you can get 10-15 dosas here in India
Dude hasn't read basic Economics lessons. He can't adjust inflation and value of currency, PPP etc
In India all of that food is under $1. Hope prices get cheaper in NYC.
Yeah, NYC is pretty expensive.
Other reason to be in NYC ❤️
Absolutely! It's a must visit!
When someone conquers the tounge of the target person, it is ultimate.. that way India which orginates Dosa has conqured the world
Yes, dosas are getting to be more popular here.
I’m glad you liked and enjoyed dosa… you should see South Indian eating dosa.. it’s a different way you get the taste out of all the dip.
Thank you! Next time I have a dosa, I'll be eating it a bit differently.
There is not a particular way to eat dosa, eat it as you like to have it 🤘

Nice!
You ate this dosa not quite like a pizza, but more like a taco, burrito or burger! 😂😅
Was partly stressful to watch, and partly super cute too!🤷🤦☺️😂😘
Hope next time you eat a dosa, you will know how the coconut chutney, sambar and dosa all go together!
But if not, it's ok too, enjoy it the way you did, after all that natters is that you enjoyed it all! ☺️🤗👌💞
Some days when I am on the go or when other factors are present that could be health harming, I do skip the sambar or chutney too, especially if the water used to prepare /cook them weren't clean, hygenic or pollution free.
That dosa looked so delicious! 😋👌 Glad to see people in NY line up for street food dosa, just like in Indian cities.
And the reason being the same- go where food is clean, hygeinc, yummy, made with love, care & flavour. ✨🙏🤍☺️💛
Thank you so much! I haven't had too many dosas before, so my eating technique wasn't the best, but the dosa was very good! Dosas are even becoming more popular here in NYC, which is really nice.
Thanks for the new way of eating dosai.
