Brittany Force and Courtney Force No. 1 at NHRA Kansas Nationals

Here is the press room interview with Brittany and Courtney Force. In a history making turn of events both Brittany Force (Top Fuel) and Courtney Force (Funny Car) raced to the No. 1 qualifier positions at the 26th annual NHRA Kansas Nationals at Heartland Park Topeka. Brittany earned her first career No. 1 with a career best 3.746 sec ET at 329.75 mph (the speed was a track record). Courtney raced around her father, John Force, to claim her 2nd No. 1 of 2014 with a time of 4.009 seconds at 322.96 mph (both numbers were track records). This was the first time sisters or even siblings for that matter were No. 1 qualifiers at an NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series event.

Well for sure there should be points for the two most beautiful #1 qualifiers in motorsports. Brittany, your day was cut short, but a great day for the Castrol; Edge Dragster. Next weekend is right around the corner. Courtney, I'm here between rounds. I Pray you can get the win today. Sorry about your man, couldn't cut the mustard in Indy today. You qualified better, and almost 100MPH faster. Go get the Cruizer, and pick-up that special trophy. Either way stay safe.
