  • More than five decades have passed since her death and Marilyn Monroe is still one of the most famous actresses of all time. While some of that can certainly be attributed to her undeniable talent and on-screen charisma, some of her continued fame is owed to the mysterious and baffling circumstances surrounded her death. Conspiracy theories ran wild in the years that followed, pointing the finger at everyone from Robert F. Kennedy to Monroe's housekeeper to her physician. While we might never know the truth about Marilyn Monroe's death, we do know what it was really like the day Marilyn Monroe died in 1962.

    1. Murray had a master key to all of the rooms in MM's house. There was no need for her to go outside "and part the curtains" to see what was going on in MM's bedroom.
    2. Murray originally stated that she called Dr. Greenson at midnight. The police were not called until 4:20AM. She later changed the time of her call to 3AM.
3.She could not have seen MM through the window because MM had "black out drapes" on her bedroom window, and that the curtains were NAILED SOLIDLY TO THE WALL (to block out ANY light, because MM had trouble sleeping), and it was ONE PIECE, so they could not have been parted. When police arrived at the house, the curtains had been taken down and were neatly folded on the floor.
4.She WAS NOT depressed at the time of her death. In fact, she was never happier. She had won yet another battle with Fox, and had her salary increased from $100,000 to $500,000 to complete "SGTG". She got director and script approval. She also signed an additional 2 picture deal w/Fox at $500,000 per picture. She also had lucrative offers from television, Broadway and Las Vegas to appear there.
    5. She was happy to have bought her own house and was busy decorating it, even travelling as far as Mexico to get the exact furnishings that she wanted for the house.
    6. She and DiMaggio had rekindled their romance, and she was scheduled to remarry him. Her local emporium confirmed her ordering food for the reception at her home. She had told the owner that she was going to "remarry one my former husbands..." and Jean Louis, who had designed her immortal dress for JFK's birthday party, had been hired to create her wedding dress, and was scheduled to make final alterations to it the day after she was discovered dead.

Interesting that there was no glass of water near the bottles of prescription meds nor anywhere, and that her house's electrical had a lot of hidden wire taps. Interesting that she had no signs of drugs in her digestive tract, and that they "lost" the autopsy report. And that she had a cracked rib and blood at an injection site. The police chief thinks she was murdered too and he wonders why he wasn't called until more than 4 hours after her death. Dr Greenson who was the 1st person at the scene of her death, who was about to be fired by Marilyn - said he had to get approval from Fox's publicity department before calling the police - an excuse to cover up a murder?
Also the broken glass from the shattered window Dr Greenson supposedly had to break to get in, was on the outside, not inside, indicating the window was broken from the inside, say detectives.

Huge MM fan. She sadly left us 60 years ago, that's a lifetime. She had a life unlike that of Judy Garlands. Both Hollywood icons of the time with similar lives & exploited by the studio system tho Garland was able to have 3 children. Sure if MM had had children she would have lived longer. Sure it may have been an accidental overdose like Garlands but her face down position on the bed looked strange like she had been posed that way but we'll never know the truth. Hope she has found the peace she never had here if she really wasn't happy.

If she talked it would do nothing more than sign her own death warrant. These people whom murdered her were Whitehouse personel and others whom became Whitehouse personel.
They used Marilyn's fame to heighten Kennedy's reputation for the oval office. Women fell at JFK's feet to marry him or even to be in an affair with him. One women was having illusions she having sexual relations with him an had organisms in the middle of the day.
Kennedy JFK had women problems from the elite to the housewife even willing to divorce their husband an leave their children to be his wife or mistress . It's the fortune an fame game of success of I'll gain and profit. Marilyn herself told him he was better at acting than she an actress. So sweet and charming yet devious as a Jackal an Hyde.

They didn't call the police until 4:20 am?? What the hell were they doing?? Mrs. Murray can't get Marilyn to answer her when she knocks on the door and calls her Psychiatrist (assuming it took approx 30 minutes or less for him to get there), they break into her room and realize she's dead, and then her doctor is called, he arrives...so what, it's around 1:00 am now and they don't call the police for another 3 hours?? Sounds like when the timeline seemed suspicious and didn't fit, Mrs. Murray was told by someone to change her story. Marilyn was murdered plain and simple.

I don't know if people know that Marilyn Monroe/Norma Jean Baker was born at General Hospital aka USC/LAC in the charity ward in Los Angeles, CA in 1926. Her mother was mexican and her father was white. Here's a little 411 some might know or maybe not know about The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, CA.
Marilyn did a photo shoot in the pool area before she was famous and spent many times at the Roosevelt Hotel. When Marilyn died people working at the hotel began seeing and hearing weird things. Especially around a big mirror that Marilyn Monroe would always be looking at herself in. Some of the hotel staff have seen Marilyn Monroe's image in the mirror and when they turn around to see there's no one there.
Marilyn Monroe haunts the Roosevelt Hotel to this day.
Marilyn Monroe continues to be a Hollywood icon that was gone to early. She will live forever in her movies.
