The detail "today" is not known, because the mayor's home and any other locations of personal property have not yet been searched by law enforcement. With such extensive ongoing ties to China, it seems highly likely that the mayor has kept her Chinese passport up-to-date, if only in anticipation of the present situation which could result in her Filipino passport bring cancelled.

The suggestion by Ms. Davila to turn the huge number of buildings in the pogo hubs into schools is brilliant. There are over 300 hubs, averaging 30 buildings each. That's 9000 buildings, fully air-conditioned. They can be moved to school sites around the country, intact or disassembled. That will be a big help to offset the billions of pesos stolen from the national school building program over so many years. I recall one budget just a few years ago for 270 new schools - only 10 were built!
