Recently when i was farming for chapter suit i waited five days before i got the last piece needed

How long did it take?
I'm a pretty new player and I've been following your advice, I got really lucky and completed the entirety of Tower Of Zen minus one extremely rare piece for less than 8k diamonds! I've also got almost all the recolor pieces while trying to pull the last two items from both suits lol
I wasted around 900 diamonds on this. Unfortunately I did not get any of the things that I wanted from the suits, except for a makeup.

I did my freebie and got the Phoenix of Genesis outfit aaaaaahhhhhhh yay thank you for your luck, Lei. It's my fourth piece from the suit, I have the headdress, shoes, and earrings for it, too. I have the hair, headdress, and makeup for the Dragon of Apocalypse. I like that you can use the two headdresses together lol.
I don't like the white Phoenix of Genesis lol. She looks like she's pregnant which is fine but weirdly large.
I stopped saving stamina because I wanted diamonds for completing sets.

I'm V0 and I have about 1,600-1,700 diamonds I make about 100 a day so I'll probably have 4,000 cause I won't use any of my diamonds (hopefully)

You can get 100 a day if you do all the dailies, share, and vote in the competition and starry corridor. It's super time-consuming, though.

Yesterday , I spent $50.00 on the recharge event. Got the diamonds - didn't get the suits! I've tried using the bot in the settings section, with no response and mean to see what else I can do, but don't have much hope in the fact that I have heard many, many, MANY stories just cementing how terrible their customer service is - so an idea I had was to ask all you ladies to make a video on how to get the best customer service or at least what you can do on events like this.... thanks !
