Just look at how she's responding to JJ telling her that ignoring a problem for 5 months isn't ok, and that the defendants were reasonable and within their rights. Plaintiff should be apologising for depriving the defendants of their own land for more than 2 years, not suing them. She's a typical Karen.

I honestly don't fully believe the defendant. If the guy asked the plaintiff to move the fence, why did it take 2 years to say anything again? Personally, I think that they were fine with it, until they weren't. Also, if you're doing something like that in the night, unless it's an emergency, it usually means that you are doing something that you're not supposed to. It's possible that the law JJ was talking about wasn't in effect for them. Best thing to do is get a survey done and get a court order for the offender to take it down, and do it as soon as possible. That way there is evidence to everything.
