The fact that she only sued for $1 and didn’t file a police report is very commendable. She should’ve filed and sued for more tbh. The fact that on top of being wrong, the plaintiff had the audacity to call the police is disgusting.

@@dougedoug2105 I think the neighbours want to forgive her for her clearly disgusting behaviour and ignorant actions because, at the end of the day, they live next to eachother. The more it escalates between them, the more hell at home they both will have to live through. Potentially over years. Better to be the bigger person and try to resolve it at the lowest level first. If that doesn't end up being possible then the next time it would need to be escalated to the authorities instead of Judge Judy. Defendants are both very stand up people with good morals.

It definitely showed good character, as did the refusal to waste police and court time by filing a report.
The defendants are clearly not money-grabbers or they would have sued for the labour of rectifying the plaintiff's mistake (taking down the fence) and for damages/rent for the land she deprived them of for over 2 years, at the plaintiff's own admission. They're also not the ones who brought this to court - their argument was a countersuit, filed only in response to being unfairly sued by Karen...

Lesson learned... if someone builds a fence on your property and you let them leave it there; it becomes their property ... depending on the state and how much time. Applause for this family and I am so glad we have a win for them.

The entitlement the plaintiff has is unbelievable & than uses her privilege to call the police when she put her hands on the defendant. Man old man. The verdict was just what it needed to be. I’m sick of these people!!

Put a fence on someone else's property for 2 years 5 months and then have the gall to try stop them taking said fence off of their property, and then further have the gall to sue them! This here is a mama Karen. That poor couple having to live next door to that nightmare of a woman.

The plaintiff's eye rolls, shaking her head, dramatically looking all appalled as the defendants spoke ...makes it totally believable that she would act out physically if feeling ignored. And since they were suing for one dollar, I'm listening and hanging on every word.

Yet the black defendant let her get away with the BS. 🤦. If that would've been a black woman that punch the defendant in the back. She would've gone nuts. Black women can forgive (Everybody Else). Except other black people. I can't stand BW women like the defendant.

Magicworld3242 I don’t like the docile crap that black people pull with other races. If that was me I would’ve filed a police report, tried to get her removed from her home and I would’ve sued her for more than 5k
