    I don’t understand why are people are making comments that are insulting to the presenters. First of all, the name of the video is Home-worthy. I think that it’s wonderful that those people who are able to have houses/home and share it with the whole world is appreciated. I personally cannot economically am able to live in house as they do, however, I learn and perhaps the quality of their furnitures, lining, fabrics, painting, or even the conversation can be appreciated. When someone doesn’t like something, just move on and it’s what it’s. Life is short and there are other things to be more critical to view.

    Ms. McKeaney's home is precious and the stories behind some of the pieces are priceless.

    Hehe love the Gone With The Wind reference. As a person who uses classic movies myself in conversation that no one else my age knows or heard of, I just love it.

    Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful video with us. So much fun to see these stunning homes. I love each of them because they are each tailored to the owners personal taste. Fabulous collections.

    Maybe I’m doing my home interior searches all wrong! I should definitely try “cozy” bc I really like dark spaces w/history & antiques, but kinda quirky

      Perhaps also these keywords: hygge, dark academia, bohemian, maximalisism. (Part of why I enjoy this channel is for homes and rooms which can fit under "maximalisism.") While it's perfectly acceptable to follow the patterns typical to a certain style as it's currently described it's also possible to discover certain qualities you love in multiple styles and use those to define your own.

    I love the content, but would also love to see some more Working Class content here. Every home DOES have a story, and that story is important, but I would love to see more realistic, personally styled homes!

    a wintergarden or solarium, perfect for this location with so much sunlight ,
    there was a time when whole rooms were redesigned or added on for ferns and orchids ,
    both exotic and a luxury in a cold climate ,
    it was a statement eg the plumbing of a new water pipe , ;;::))))

    We are in a first floor remodel - working with carpenters and our drapery maker extraordinaire... I say to them... what would Katie Rosenfeld do... Love her style.

    a den is also a different concept between the uk and usa

      What's the difference?

    • @9ramthebuffs9
      @9ramthebuffs9 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tgraves12 in the UK a den is what we as children we would call a "fort". Like a bunk bed or couch draped with blankets to make a private place to play.

      Because it was originally a French word and the H is always silent in French.
