I go back and forth between Hamburg and Essen as to which is my favourite. They’re both so good. Vienna is an excellent choice too, but 3/24/73 Offenburg is another personal favourite.
@@ledzeppelinclips874, I don't know what it is about this era of Zep and Bonham's drum sound...if it was the green sparkle kit or what, but the sound was so HUGE coming from that kit. I loved his amberlite vistas but wonder if that booming power was lessened a little bit with the switch in drum kits when they arrived in America a few months after this here European tour. I've heard others discuss this, but can't recall the reason for the difference in sound. He also used a drum riser for the first time when using the new kit. Ive always wondered if that mellowed the sound some. 🤷♀️
no one can match guitar, drums, vocals, bass only Led Zeppelin
What an awesome version. Love it ❤ Thank you very much.
Love the Vienna version as well
3/16/73 and 3/21/73 versions in Germany were pretty awesome too.

@@ledzeppelinclips874 This stretch of shows definitely had the best versions of D&C ever! They were an instrumental machine at this point.
