Kind of late reply but I believe these are the pieces:
Helmet: It looks like the Far Eastern Schoolgirl's Hair Ribbon from the set in the Mogstation ($18), but I could be wrong.
Chestpiece - Republican Medicus's Chiton (PvP Set)
Gloves - Star Velvet Long Gloves of Healing (Craftable by weavers or purchasable off of the MB)
Bottoms - Starlight Tights from the Starlight set in the Mogstation ($5)
Shoes - Gambler's Boots from the Golden Saucer for 30k MGP
I think for the gloves and chestpiece there are similar casting sets as well. As for the earrings.. I can't see them well enough even in fullscreen. x'D
